Clinical Observation Of Nuanquan Plaster In The Treatment Of Neurogenic Urination In Children (Qi Deficiency Of The Spleen And Kidney Pattern)

Objective:By observing the clinical effect of Nuanquan plaster combined with Suoquan Pills and Buzhong Yiqi Pills in the treatment of neurogenic urination(qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney pattern)in children,a more effective traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment method for this disease that is easily accepted by the parents of the children is sought.Methods:A total of 60 children aged 3-10 who met the criteria in the pediatric outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Divided into 2 groups by random number table method,30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group was given Chinese patent medicine Suoquan Pills and Buzhong Yiqi Pills orally,and the treatment group was given external application of Nuanquan plaster on acupoints on the basis of the control group.After 14 days,the data of the clinical effect of the two groups of children who received the treatment were compared and analyzed.Three months after treatment,the recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results:1.The effective rates of disease in the treatment group and the control group were 82.76% and 55.56% respectively,and P<0.05,there was a significant difference;the effective rates of TCM syndromes in the two groups were 86.21% and 59.26%,respectively,and P<0.05,there was a significant difference.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.The scores of main symptoms,total scores of secondary symptoms,total scores of TCM syndromes,and scores of aversion to cold in the two groups were compared,P<0.05,with significant difference.The improvement of the main symptoms and the symptoms of chills in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.3.The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group after3 months were 4.17% and 46.67%,respectively.Compared with the two groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The recurrence rate of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Nuanquan plaster combined with Suoquan Pills and Buzhong Yiqi Pills has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of neurogenic urination in children with qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney pattern.2.Nuanquan plaster combined with Suoquan Pills and Buzhong Yiqi Pills can improve the symptoms of frequent urination,urgency,and aversion to cold in children with neurogenic urination due to qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney.3.Nuanquan plaster combined with Suoquan Pills and Buzhong Yiqi Pills can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of children with neurogenic urination due to qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney.
