Objective: Exploring the clinical efficacy and safety of doxycycline, tanshinone, fumaric acid combined with 590 nm yellow light on acne complicated with sensitive skin is the purpose of this investigation lies. Methods: During the period from February 2022 to November 2022,the patients with acne complicated by sensitive skin in the outpatient department of XXX Hospital were collected,of which 70 cases met the research criteria, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group(36 cases)was given doxycycline, tanshinone orally, and the external treatment of fumaric acid. The Observation group(34 cases)was combined with yellow light treatment on the basis of control group.Multifunctional laser photoelectric platform was used,U optical module was selected,590 nm yellow light source was selected, the mode was continuous, the treatment head was about 15 cm away from the face, once a week,a total of 6 times. The total treatment time was six weeks. At zero week of the treatment,a dermatologist photographed the patient’s face, recorded the severity of the acne, and scored the patients for subjective symptoms, which included itching, tingling, burning and tightness, and for objective signs, which included erythema and scaling. At the end of the treatment, the patient’s facial condition was photographed and scored by another dermatologist who did not participate in the study. The dermatologist also needed to record the adverse reactions during the test. Moreover, observing and comparing the total curative effect of the patients in the group. Results: 1.After 6 weeks of treatment, the facial GAGS score of patients in the observation group was 5.68 ± 3.94 and the control group was 7.92 ±5.09 lower than before, but the observation group was lower with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.After 6 weeks of treatment, the facial sensitivity skin score of patients in the observation group was 1.91 ± 1.03 and the control group was3.19 ± 1.35 showed a downward trend compared with the previous scores, but the scores in the observation group were lower with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).3.For the efficacy of acne, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 82.4% and 61.1% respectively, and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).4.For the efficacy of sensitive skin, the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 79.4% and 30.6%respectively,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.001).5.For the side effects during the treatment in this study, patients in both groups had mild nausea or gastrointestinal discomfort, and the number of patients was 1 and 2 respectively. One person in each group developed dizziness. However,it can be tolerated without suspension of drugs or special treatment, and has no effect on the overall treatment. No adverse reactions such as local pain, redness, swelling and exudation were observed in patients in the observation group when treated with 590 nm yellow light.During the treatment, all patients had no more serious symptoms. Conclusion: 1.For patients with acne complicated with sensitive skin, the treatment of doxycycline, tanshinone, fucicetic acid combined with yellow light irradiation can improve the symptoms of sensitive skin, reduce the degree of acne inflammation and improve the overall efficacy.2.590 nm yellow light has no heat and damage, which is helpful to repair skin barrier and reduce local skin sensitivity. No obvious adverse reactions have been found. It is a relatively safe and effective treatment method to relieve sensitive skin symptoms.3.For patients with acne complicated with sensitive skin, the general efficacy of routine acne treatment is not good.In the meanwhile,we should attach great importance to the restore of skin barrier function and actively treat sensitive skin. |
