The Clinical Research Of Moisturizing And Antipruritic Powder Combined With KL-DB Shortwave Therapy For Sensitive Facial Skin

Objective:To explore the effectiveness of emollient and Antipruritic Powder the combined KL-DB short-wave in improving facial sensitive skin and its effect on skin barrier function,and to evaluate its safety.Methods:Sixty subjects with facial-sensitive skin were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with Emollient and Antipruritic Powder combined KL-DB shortwave,the control group used only KL-DB short-wa ve therapy.Before and after treatment,the subjects’ symptoms,signs and the quality of life of skin diseases were evaluated,and objective indicators such as TEW L,p H value,skin moisture and fat content were detected.During the treatment and follow-up,the subjects were asked and recorded adverse reactions.Results:1.The total effective rate was 90.00% in the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the reduction degree of pruritus and erythema in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between heat,pain,taut,scaly,swelling,exudation,and capillary expansion,compared with the control group(P>0.05).3.The treatment group after treatment of itching,burning,pain,tight,erythema,s welling,scales,capillary expansion integral than before treatment significantly reduced(P<0.01),and oozy integral was reduced,the difference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05);Control group after treatment of itching,burning,pain,,capillary exp ansion integral compared with before treatment was significantly lower(P<0.01),the leaking points was reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and tight,erythema,scales,swelling integral compared with before treatment,no statistical difference(P>0.05).4.After treatment,general points of symptoms and signs the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),but the reduction was more significant in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,TEWL,skin moisture and oil content were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the pH value was not statistically significant before treatment(P>0.05).In the control group,TEWL,skin moisture and oil content were significantly improved after treatme nt(P<0.01),and the pH value was better than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,the improvement of TEWL in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference between the skin moisture,oil content and pH value(P>0.05).6.The quality of life scores of the two groups were signific antly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the improvement of quality of life in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the differ ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group during the treatment,and there were two cases of adverse reactions in the control group,such as erythema and searing aggravation.The diffe rence was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Emollient and antipruritic powder combined KL-DB shortwave treat ment of facial sensitive skin efficacy efficacy,can significantly improve the subject’s symptoms and signs,repair skin barrier function,and good tolerance,no seri ous adverse reactions,facial sensitive skin The auxiliary treatment means is pop ularized and applied in the clinic.Can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the subjects and repair the skin barrier function,with good tolerance and no serious adverse reactions,as an adjuvant therapy for facial sensitive skin,it is widely used in clinic.
