Checklist 90(SCL-90),Coping Style Questionnaire,Nine kinds of constitution identification scales, and Five State Personality Scale within the specified time.Establish a database using Excel software to constitution: Among the 171 collected research subjects,39(22.8%)were positive for symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)screening,while 132(77.1%)were negative. The top three positive screening factors were obsessive-compulsive disorder(17.5%),interpersonal sensitivity(12.2%),and depression(9.9%),followed by paranoia, anxiety, hostility, diet and sleep, somatization, psychoticism, and phobia; The number of the proportion of people who tend to retreat, fantasize, and blame is the same, accounting for 4.0%.The number of people who tend to rationalize is the lowest, accounting for 1.1%.The most common type of constitution in traditional Chinese medicine is mild constitution, with 65 people(38.0%).In addition, there are 43 people(25.1%)with qi deficiency constitution,17 people(9.9%)with yang deficiency constitution,11 people(6.4%)with damp heat constitution,10 people(5.8%)with qi stagnation constitution,9people(5.2%)with blood stasis constitution,9 people(5.2%)with concurrent constitution,3people(1.7%)with yin deficiency constitution,3 people(1.7%)with phlegm dampness constitution, and 1 person(0.6%)with intrinsic constitution;Distribution of Five State Personality Types: Taiyin type personality accounts for the largest number of people, with 44people(25.7),followed by Yin Yang Peace type personality with 37 people(21.6%),and the remaining 32 people(18.7%)are Sun type constitution of resident physicians in standardized training under different general circumstances: There are differences in nine kinds of constitution and five state personality among different genders(p<0.05),with more males having a peaceful and blood stasis constitution than females, more females having a yang deficiency constitution and qi stagnation constitution than males, and more males having a yin yang peaceful personality than females; There are differences in personality types among different student categories(p<0.05),with Sun and Shaoyang personality traits being higher among students with a single residency and training status; There were differences in personality types among different gestational conditions(p<0.05),and the sun type personality was higher in those who had correlation between standardized training of resident physicians’ mental health, coping styles, and traditional Chinese medicine constitution3.1 Correlation between Mental Health and Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution:In the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),all other factors except somatization and phobia were significantly negatively correlated with calmness, while Yin deficiency was significantly positively correlated with factors other than anxiety.Blood stasis was significantly positively correlated with somatization, hostility, phobia, diet and sleep factors.Qi stagnation was significantly negatively correlated with compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobia Paranoia shows a significant positive correlation, while qi deficiency, yang deficiency, phlegm dampness, dampness heat, and intrinsic quality are not significantly correlated with the 10 factors; In the five state personality, the sun type personality is negatively correlated with depression and obsessive-compulsive factors, while the shaoyang type personality is significantly negatively correlated with obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity, and depression. The yin yang balance type personality is significantly negatively correlated with other factors except for somatization and hostility. The shaoyin type personality is not significantly correlated with 10 factors, while the taiyin type personality is significantly positively correlated with other factors except for somatization.3.2 Correlation between coping styles and traditional Chinese medicine constitution:Blood stasis is more inclined towards immature coping styles(p<0.05),while Qi deficiency is more inclined towards mature and mixed coping styles(p<0.05);There is no significant correlation between the five state personality and various factors of coping style.Conclusion:1.There are problems with the psychological health status of resident physicians in standardized training;Mature coping style; The nine kinds of constitution type is mainly composed of peaceful constitution, while the personality type is mainly Taiyin type.2.There are differences in the standardized training of resident physicians
