Objective:The purpose of this subject is to know the status of the standardizedtraining program for resident physicians in Fuzhou,and discuss the influence factorsof resident physicians’ consciously on clinical rotation,to use the experienceof scholars of other district research achievement on standardization training ofresident physicians, and make some recommendations for the problems exist inFuzhou.Methods: A cluster sampling was used in this survey,338resident physicians(enrolledin2010by10hospitals in Fuzhou area)were investigated by questionnaires tounderstand the implementing situation and existing problems of standardizationtraining of resident physicians.To understand the history and system construction ofStandardization training of resident physicians in Fujian province,the distribution oftraining base and residents, training process management, and the problems existingin the teaching arrangement by interviewing with1staff of the Health Department ofFujian Province,10administrators of standardization training,18secretaries and61resident physicians.The constituent ratio, mean and standard deviation, chi-squaretest, trends chi-square test, t test, classification of logistic regression are used foranalyzing data.Results:(1)①93.20%of the resident physicians had different degrees of pressure during theperiod of training, the economic pressure is the main reason;②The number ofpassing exam of "Evidence-based medicine" was less than "Critical emergency rescueprocess analysis and norms";③35.21%of residents physicians thought that themajority of the departments were lack of training, the lack of clinical teaching is theprimary determinant;④15.98%of resident physicians can not rotate as planned.⑤Some of superior doctors were lack of teaching consciousness, and attendanceexamination become a mere formality.Most resident physicians barely grasp theability of writing review and case reports.(2) In respect of the frequency of superior doctors teaching himself, inspector rotary and guidance and clinical operation, the general hospital is more than specialized hospital(P<0.05); the self-reported score of the diagnosis and differential diagnosis and thecritical processing capacity of general hospital training doctors is higher thanspecialized hospital(P<0.05).(3) The frequency of superior physicians personally teaching, inspector rotary andguidance and clinical operation is the influence factor of the residents’ consciouslywhether the clinical rotation is helpful(P<0.05).Conclusion:After training, the ability of clinical thinking, interpersonal communication andclinical practice of the training object have been improved. However, there are stillsome influencing factors work on the quality of training.Such as lacking of financialaid;insufficient recognition of evidence-based medicine;resident physicians can’trotate as planned; some of superior physicians were lack of teaching consciousness,and attendance examination become a mere formality; both superior physicians andresidents do not attach the importance of clinical research training;the level of trainingamong bases of general hospitals and specialized hospitals is different,etc.To this end,targeted suggestions are as follows:through various channels to increase residents’economic benefits, strengthen evidence-based medicine theory and method ofteaching and learning, to secure residency in strict rotation according to plan, attachesgreat importance to teaching work,formulate specific standards for the scientificassessment,create a standardized training platform for collaboration,etc.
