Professor Zhang Ling’s Medication Rule And Experience In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

ObjectiveThis study collected the cases of psoriasis vulgaris in the outpatient clinic of the director of Zhang Ling to select the cases that meet the requirements,entered an auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine transmission(v2.5),performed data mining on the correlation,and combined with the idea of clinical syndrome differentiation and medication,and summarized the ideas and methods of the director of Zhang Ling to treat this disease,with a view to providing some borrowing and ideas for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.MethodsThe complete and effective cases of psoriasis vulgaris patients who were treated on an outpatient basis by Prof.Zhang Ling,Department of Dermatology,Shanxi Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and prescribed a Chinese medicine(TCM)between December 2021 and December 2022 were collected.In addition,the collected data were normalized to enter an auxiliary platform of TCM transmission,and the data were processed using the inbuilt methods of frequency analysis,association rule analysis,entropy clustering to derive the use frequency,four properties and five tastes,meridian tropism,extract the core prescription,combine with the consultation experience and mentor teaching,then try to analyze the obtained data and derive the potential drug combinations for better serving the clinic.ResultsIn this study,100 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria were collected,and a total of 200 cases were effectively prescribed according to the results:1.Patients included in this analysis there were 57 male patients and 43 female patients,with a male to female ratio of 1.33:1;The age at onset was dominated by young and middle-aged adults;2.The frequency of the syndrome was in the following order: Blood fever syndrome(68.00%),blood stasis syndrome(18.00%),and blood drying syndrome(14.00%);3.Professor Zhang Ling used a total of 136 traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and 10 medicines were used more than 70 times.According to the total frequency,the top ten traditional Chinese medicines were: Radix Rehmanniae,Glycyrrhizae,Honeysuckle,Purple Grass,Forsythia suspensa,Banlangen,Red peony,Peony bark,Ophiopogon japonicus,and Salvia miltiorrhiza;4.The specific gravity accounted for by the drugs in four properties was ranked from high to low as follows: cold(65.69%),warm(15.82%),flat(13.62%),cool(4.87%).Five tastes each accounted for the highest to low specific weight as follows: bitter(40.95%),Gan(35.62%),Xin(16.20%),salty(4.94%),acid(1.75%),astringent(0.53%);5.The top six drugs meridian tropism were: liver,heart,lung,stomach,spleen,kidney;6.A total of 8 core combinations of drugs were derived by applying cluster analysis,and 4 new prescriptions with clinical value were finally obtained.Conclusion1.Prof.Ling Zhang has been engaged in the clinical,teaching and scientific research of Chinese medicine dermatology for nearly 20 years,and gradually formed his own diagnosis and treatment ideas for psoriasis in the clinical practice and verification,which holds that psoriasis is caused by blood heat and internalization,the onset of yuhue toxicosis,the first important diagnosis,and the extra speculation.2.Therapeutically,the three major methods of healing psoriasis,including herbal blood,invigorating blood and replenishing blood,can be initiated,and detoxification can be used to solve the long-standing problem of psoriasis.At the same time pay attention to the time of compliance,open the Scrophularia and give evil a way out.The medication attention was paid to the care of the spleen and stomach,and Qi was present.
