| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Sao Xuan Ling on treating psoriasis vulgaris (wind-heat type)and the influence of the soluble IL-2 receptor(sIL-2R) in the serum of the psoriasis vulgaris patience. Providing a better curative effect,more convinient and no toxic and side effect preparation for the clinics.Methods To observe the clinical curative effect to 93 psoriatic vulgaris, including 54 men and 39 women. Setting up two groups in random, 50 cases in treatment group which have oral administration of Sao Xuan Ling condensed pills (produced by the first hospital of Hei long jiang university of Chinese medicine),30 pills a day by 3times,4 weeks as a curative time,give two curative time's treatment and 43 cases in comparison group which have oral administration Fu Fang Qing Dai capsule (produced by Shan xi Tian ning pharmaceutical company), 12 pills a day by 3 times,4 weeks as a curative time,give two curative time's treatment. Both of them applyed Vaseline for external application. Detecting sIL-2R level by ELISA method in psoriatic serum and comparing in pretherapy with post-treatment. Summing up the data by EXCEL. Dealing with the data by statistical method following the difference.Results 1. The total efficency rate in treatment group is 92.50% and in comparison group is 71.88% after eight weeks. 2. The PASI scores in each symptom are diminished between the pretherapy and post-treatment.,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05). 3. The treatment group in diminishing both the area and the degree of skin lesion is better than the comparison group ,the difference is remarkable (p<0.05). 4.The level of sIL-2R in psoriatic serum has no remarkable difference between the treatment group and the comparison group before treatment(p>0.05),and it has remarkable difference after treatment (p<0.05).Conclusion 1 .Sao Xuan Ling that has the method of expelling wind ,clear away the heat-evil and expelling superficial evils, cool the blood, promote blood flow has good effect in improving the erythema and infiltration scales, relieving the degree and area of the lesion. 2.This preparation can adjust immunity and relieve inflammatory reaction.from which reveal partial mechanism of action of this medicine to treat the psoriasis, provided the scientific basis for this medicine clinical promoted application.3. Sao Xuan Ling has good effect in controlling the serum sIL-2R of psoriatic vulgaris. |
