| Purpose:Collect the medical records of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,and analyze the commonly used drugs and prescriptions of famous old Chinese medicine practitioners in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris through the method of data mining,thereby,the drug combination and prescription rules for treating psoriasis vulgaris are obtained,and a new treatment method is provided for the clinical treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Material and method:By searching and reading monographs in the library of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,we collected and sorted out the medical records of modern and modern famous and old Chinese doctors for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,entered the relevant data in the medical records into Excel,and standardized them,and then treated the famous and old Chinese medicines The drugs in the prescriptions for psoriasis vulgaris are analyzed by category,taste,and meridian,and a high-frequency drug clustering matrix and association rule matrix are constructed.IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 are used to classify the famous traditional Chinese medicine doctors.High-frequency cluster analysis and association rule analysis of Chinese medicines in prescriptions for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Results:A total of 136 medical records concerning the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by well-known traditional Chinese medicine practitioners were collected,and 136 prescriptions were included.1.Analyzed 136 prescriptions,involving a total of 229 Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of use of the medicines reached 1924 times.According to the classification of efficacy,it can be divided into 21 categories.The first 3 categories are heat-clearing medicines(858 times),tonic medicines(256 times)and Relieving exterior disorder drugs(131 times).The heat-clearing drugs are mainly used to clear heat and cool blood,the tonic drugs are mainly used to invigorate Qi,Among the relieving exterior disorder drugs,divergent wind-cold medicine and divergent wind-heat medicine are basically the same.2.There are 51 medicines with a frequency of ≥10 times,Among them,the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines were rehmannia glutinosa(91 times),licorice(73 times),tuckahoe(70 times),peony bark(67 times),red peony(66 times),comfrey(57 times),White fresh skin(51 times),Angelica(49 times),Honeysuckle(48 times),Salvia(40 times).3.According to the statistics of nature and flavor,it is found that cold and bitter drugs account for the most,and the liver meridian is the main channel of the meridian.4.Cluster analysis can divide high-frequency drugs into 7 groups,(1)Group: Rehmannia glutinosa,Poria cocos,Cortex Moutan,red peony root,Lithospermum,Salvia,Sophora japonica,Rhizoma Imperatae,Daqingye,Scrophularia Radix,Radix Isatidis,Radix chinensis,madder;(2)Group: Nepeta,Parsnip,Tribulus terrestris,Ophiopogon japonicus,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Angelica;(3)Group: Sophora flavescens,Sarsaparilla,white fresh skin,Kochia Radix;(4)Group: Honeysuckle,Forsythia,Cicada slough,Coix seed,Wushao snake;(5)Group: Gardenia,Scutellaria baicalensis,Treats;(6)group: Hedyotis diffusa,buffalo horn;(7)group: gypsum,licorice.5.Analysis of drug association rules: setting confidence ≥80% and support ≥10% can obtain12 combinations of two-medicine and 84 combinations of three-medicine commonly used in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by modern famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners.Conclusion:1.Modern famous and old traditional Chinese medicine mostly use heat-clearing drugs,tonic drugs,anti-surface drugs,and blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs to treat psoriasis vulgaris.In line with the understanding of modern Chinese medicine on the etiology and pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris.2.The high-frequency drugs used by modern famous Chinese medicine practitioners to treat psoriasis vulgaris include Rehmannia glutinosa,licorice,Smilax glabra roxb,Moutan cortex,and Radix paeoniae rubra,Gromwell,Dictamni Cortex,Angelica sinensis,Lonicerae Japonicae Flos,Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma.3.Cold medicine;bitter and sweet medicine;liver,heart,and stomach meridians are the main properties and meridians for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris drugs.4.Cluster analysis obtained 7 core drug combinations.The commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris by well-known Chinese medicine practitioners mostly involve Liangxue Jiedu Decoction,Xijiao Dihuang Decoction,Huanglian Jiedu Decoction,Angelica Decoction and so on.5.Association rules analysis results in 12 groups of two-medicine combinations and 84 groups of three-medicine compatibility combinations.The combination of the two herbs is mainly the internal combination between the heat-clearing medicines,and the drug combination of the three herbs is mostly the mutual compatibility combination of the heat-clearing medicines,the hemostatic medicines,and the blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines. |
