Clinical Observation Of Zhibai Dihuang Tang Combined With Intravesical Chemotherapy For Bladder Cancer With Syndrome Of Fire Hyperactivity Due To Yin Deficiency Type

Objective: Clinical Observation of Zhibai Dihuang Tang Combined with intravesical chemotherapy for bladder cancer of Fire Hyperactivity Due to Yin Deficiency Type.Methods: The cases were selected from January 2017 to January 2018,who were treated with bladder perfusion in the Department of General Medicine of the third affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University and received traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the Department of Oncology of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine.There are 60 cases.The patients were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n=30).All patients were treated according to the prescribed regimen.Record two group of drug use before and after3 weeks,6 weeks of illness severity score,Hormone control measurement,And related complications and drug adverse reactions such as index in Between groups of curative effect evaluation,and carry on statistics processing.Results:1.There was significant difference in the concentration of tumor marker CEA between the two groups before and 3 weeks after treatment and 6weeks after treatment(p<0.05).2.In the KPS scores,The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.6%),the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).the KPS scores of the two groups were all increased after treatment,and the level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).3.In TCM syndrome score,after treatment,the level of treatment in the treatment group(0.96 ±0.99)was lower than that before treatment(13.66±2.15),and that in the control group(2.26 ±1.92)was lower than that before treatment(13.46 ±2.54).The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).4.In terms of toxic and side effects,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the arrest of bone marrow,and the effect of urinary passage(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with intravesical chemotherapy for bladder cancer can reduce tumor makers.2.The use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can improve the quality of life of patients and effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.3.Zhibai Dihuang Decoction can relieve bladder irritation induced by bladder perfusion chemotherapy.
