| Purpose: Applying Zhibai Dihuang pills to care tpye belong to yin deficiency fire after breast cancer chemotherapy patients with oral cavity mucositis. By observing the patients before and after treatment of oral mucositis local symptom relief and systemic symptoms improve, to explore the Zhibai Dihuang pills for treating oral mucositis associated with chemotherapy clinical significance. To provide new ideas and clinical basis in treating chemotherapy related oral mucositis for traditional Chinese medicine.Material and Method: Choose 48 cases of patients from traditional and western medicine department of our hos pital from Junuary 2014 to Decemberr 2015. They are diagnosed breast cancer by oral mucositis becouse chemotherapy. Their ages are between30 to 60 years. All patients with oral mucositis of breast cancer tpye belong to yin deficiency fire. According to the doctor order divided into control group and experimental group, and there are 24 patients in each group. The contron group gave gentamicin and vitamin B2, the experimental gave Zhibai Dihuang pills. Treament for seven consecutive days, to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment of the two methods.Results:1 two group of patients befoer treament, there was no statistically significant difference in general(P>0.05).2 On the oral mucositis grading and pain acore, the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1. There rae well curative effect in treating tpye belong to yin deficiency fire after breast cancer chemotherapy patients in Zhibai Dihuang pills.2. On the oral mucositis grading and pain acore, Zhibai Dihuang pills is better than gentamicin and vitamin B2. |
