Based On Data Mining Research Professor Chang Ke’s Formula For The Treatment And Academic Thought Of Anorexia In Children

Objective:To explore professor Chang Ke’s prescription rules in the treatment of children anorexia,summarize professor Chang Ke’s academic thoughts on the treatment of children anorexia,inherit and develop professor Chang Ke’s experience in the treatment of children anorexia.Methods:The prescriptions of anorexia children treated by Professor Chang Ke in The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the Second West China Hospital of Sichuan University and Xinglin Chuntang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were collected from January 1,2020.to January 1,2021.10.The correct results of the two-person verification were input into the corresponding template of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5),and the system was used to systematically analyze the characteristic treatment ideas and prescription rules of Professor Chang Ke in the treatment of pediatric anorexia,and summarize his clinical experience in the treatment of pediatric anorexia.Results:1.Basic patient information: A total of 175 children were included in this study,including 92 male children,83 female children,132 children 1-6 years old,and 43 children 6-14 years old,mainly in the early school age;2.Drug statistics: 223 traditional Chinese medicines were included in 327 prescriptions,among them,Fried licorice,poria cocos,cicada slough,largehead atractylodes rhizome,rush,cape jasmine fruit,mulberry silkworm,common lophatherum herb,mother chrysanthemum,divaricate saposhnikovia root,were the most frequently used,and the frequency of use was over 40%.The four qi of drugs involved are mainly cold,warm and flat,and the five flavor are mainly sweet,bitter pungent.Most of them belong to the lung,stomach and spleen meridians;3.Association rule analysis: Through association rule analysis,118 pairs of common drug pairs with use frequency ≥110 times were obtained,including poria cocos-largehead atractylodes rhizome,cicada slough-mulberry silkworm,rushcape jasmine fruit,common lophatherum herb-mother chrysanthemum,etc;4.Cluster analysis : 20 core combinations were obtained by cluster analysis,such as dried old orange peel-jobstears seed-hindu lotus seed,cicada sloughmother chrysanthemum-rush-mulberry silkworm,dwarf lilyturf root-drug solomonseal-root of chinese trichosanthes-coastal glehnia root,etc.Further analysis yielded 10 new combinations.Conclusion:Based on the results of the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform,it is analyzed that Professor Chang Ke focuses on the whole in the treatment of infantile anorexia.He believes that infantile anorexia is located in the spleen and stomach,involving all organs of the whole body.The pathogenesis is that the qi movement of the spleen and stomach is not smooth.In the treatment,he pays attention to the academic idea of regulating qi movement.In clinical practice,Yehua Tang is commonly used to promote the chest and diaphragm qi movement to benefit the spleen and stomach,and self-innovation of Shengjiang San is used to regulate qi movement,which provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of infantile anorexia.
