Clinical Study Of Chaichan Decoction Combined With Montelukast Sodium In The Treatment Of Children With Acute Episode Of Cough Variant Asthma

Objective: To explore the theoretical study of treating acute episode of cough variant asthma from shaoyang channel,And to observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chaichan decoction combined montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with acute episode of cough variant asthma(syndrome involving shaoyang channel).For the clinical treatment of cough from the shaoyang channel to provide theoretical and data support for acute episode of cough variant asthma,clinical diagnosis and treatment for more ideas.Methods: Randomly divided from Mianyang Chinese Medicine hospital、Jiangyou Chinese Medicine hospital and Shantai Chinese Medicine hospital 73 outpatients in line with acute episode of cough variant asthma(syndrome involving shaoyang channel)were into two groups,37 in treatment group and 36 in control group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium,and the treatment group was treated with Chaichan Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 2 weeks of treatment,the self-comparison of the two groups before and after treatment and the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group in the main and secondary symptoms were recorded,and the results were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software.Results:(1)Comparison of total curative effect: In the treatment group’s total curative effect was 89%,with 7 cases cured,15 markedly effective,11 effective,and 4ineffective.The control group saw 3 cases cured,5 of which were notably successful,15 successful,13 unsuccessful,and a total effective rate of 63%.(2)A significant difference in main and secondary symptoms was observed between the two groups prior to and following treatment(p<0.05)when compared intra-group.(3)A significant difference in total curative effect between the two groups post-treatment was observed(p<0.05)when comparing them.A statistical difference was observed between the main syndrome and the control group(p<0.05).The treatment group exhibited superior secondary symptoms of expectoration(p<0.05),yet no statistical distinction was found in secondary symptoms such as harrumph,peculiar smell in the mouth,diet,and stool(p>0.05).Conclusion: Chaichan decoction combined montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with syndrome involving shaoyang channel acute episode of cough variant asthma only seen at night cough has a good clinical,worthy of further study and promotion.
