Observation Of The Efficacy Of Liangxuesiwu Decoction Jiajian Combined With Red And Blue Light In The Treatment Of Heat Poison Contains Skin Type Rosacea

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Liangxuesiwu decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light in the treatment of heat poison contains skin type rosacea 。The changes of dermoscopic skin lesions before and after treatment were observed,which provided an objective basis for this study.Methods: A total of 60 patients with meeting the criteria for inclusion of topics rosacea from the outpatient and inpatient department of dermatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine were enrolled.Using the method of randomized controlled experiments,Patients were divided into treatment and control groups by random number tables,There were 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral Liangxuesiwu decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light,and the another one was treated with oral doxycycline enteric-coated capsules combined with red and blue light.The two groups of patients were treated for a total of 8 weeks,The skin lesion score,conscious symptom score and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)symptom score of the patients before treatment,after the 4th week of treatment and after the 8th week of treatment were recorded respectively,and Dermoscopic findings were recorded before treatment and after the 8th week of treatment.Data analysis is performed using SPSS 26.0 data data editing software.At the same time,the safety index analysis of the patient was carried out and the adverse reactions that the patient may have during the treatment were observed.Statistics were placed on the recurrence rate of patients one month after the end of treatment.Results: This time,60 patients(30 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group)were included in this year,and there were no cases of exfoliation,all of which were clinically observed.1.Baseline analysis: There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,skin lesion score,conscious symptom score,TCM symptom score and dermoscopic skin lesion score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of efficacy indicators: After the end of treatment,after intra-group comparison,the skin lesion score,conscious symptom score and TCM symptom score of the two groups decreased(P<0.01),so both treatment options had effects.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),The treatment effect of Liangxuesiwu decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light is significantly better than that of doxycycline combined with red and blue light.3.Comparison of clinical efficacy: after the end of treatment,5 cases were clinically cured in the treatment group,16 cases were effective,7 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective;In the another one,2 cases were clinically cured,8 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the treatment group(93.33%)was higher than that of the control group(80.01%).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05)by rank sum test,so both treatment options could improve the symptoms of patients,and the treatment effect in the treatment group was better than that in the another one.4.Comparison of dermoscopic lesion scores: After the end of treatment,the score of dermoscopic lesions in both groups decreased(P<0.01)after intra-group comparison.Compared between the groups,there was a statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of skin lesions in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the another one group.5.Safety evaluation: For all patients participating in clinical observation,no obvious abnormalities were found in the patient’s electrocardiogram,three major routines,liver and kidney function before treatment and at the 8th weekend after treatment.6.Comparison of recurrence rate: One month after the end of treatment,patients who were clinically cured,effective and effective were followed up,and the number of patients in the two groups of patients relapsed was counted.In the treatment group,3 cases relapsed,25 cases did not relapse,and the recurrence rate was 10.71%;There were 8 cases of recurrence in the another one group,and 16 cases did not relapse,with a recurrence rate of 33.33%.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than in the another one group.Conclusion:1.The clinical efficacy of Liangxuesiwu decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light in the treatment of heat poison contains skin type rosacea is significantly better than that of doxycycline combined with red and blue light,and the effect is significant in improving patients’ skin lesions,conscious symptoms and TCM symptoms.2.Liangxuesiwu decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light in the treatment of heat poison contains skin type rosacea has significant efficacy,high safety,low recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical promotion.3.Dermoscopy is specific for the diagnosis of rosacea,and the use of dermoscopy to observe the changes of skin lesions before and after treatment provides an objective basis for this study and objectively evaluates the curative effect,which is clinically worthy of promotion and application.
