Clinical Observation Of Liangxuewuhua Decoction Jiajian Combined With Red And Blue Light In Treating Rose Acne

Objective:Observating the clinical efficacy of Liangxuewuhua Decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light in the treatment of Wind-heat in Lung channel pattern Acne rosacea and the effect on IL-17 /IFN-γ levels.Methods:According to the order of patients,96 patients who met the Inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and control group by random number table,32 cases in each group.There were 3cases of abscission during treatment,A total of 93 patients actually participated in the clinical observation,treatment group 1(32cases),treatment group 2(30cases),control group(31cases).Treatment group 1 oral Liangxuewuhua Decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light;Treatment group 2 oral decoction;Control group oral Danshentong capsule.According to the skin lesions scoring criteria,self-feeling symptoms scoring criteria and TCM symptom scoring criteria,three groups of patients were recorded at 0±2days,7±2days,14±2days,21±2days,28±2days.Testing the IL-17/IFN-γ values of blood serum at 0±2days and 28±2days.Results:1.The scores of skin lesions and self-feeling symotoms in the three groups were decreased after the clinical observation,the treatment group 1was better than the treatment group 2(P<0.05)and the control group(P<0.05).About on the TCM syndrome integration,treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of treatment group 1 was 87.50%,treatment group 2 was 70.00%,control group was 67.74%,and three groups were statistically significant by rank-sum test(P<0.05).3.The levels of serum IL-17 and IFN-γ in the three groups was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Liangxuewuhua Decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light can effectively improve skin lesions,self-feeling symptoms in patients with Wind-heat in Lung channel pattern Acne rosacea,and the curative effect was better than that of the treatment group 2 and the control group.2.Liangxuewuhua Decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light can reduce serum IL-17/IFN-γ levels before treatment in patients with Wind-heat in Lung channel pattern Acne rosacea.3.It was a safe and effective method to treat Wind-heat in Lung channel pattern Acne rosacea in Liangxuewuhua Decoction jiajian combined with red and blue light.
