Objective:For many years,Professor Hu Ke has been immersed in clinical practice,devoted to digestive system diseases,and has amassed a wealth of knowledge in the healing of functional dyspepsia in traditional Chinese medicine.He concisely encapsulated the scholarly musings of renowned ancient Chinese medicine by examining Professor Hu Ke’s dialectical thought,treatment features,and the regulations of prescription and medication in the clinical management of functional dyspepsia.Inheriting and honing the knowledge of renowned ancient Chinese medicine,and offering concepts and techniques for clinical treatment of functional dyspepsia-this is our aim.Methods:In Professor Hu Ke’s outpatient clinic,212 medical cases that meet the criteria for inclusion should be gathered,including the patient’s names,ages,symptoms,signs,syndrome types,and prescriptions.Standardizing medicines,the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance(v2.5)is to be augmented by the incorporation of medical records.Utilize the platform’ s analysis aptitude to carry out frequency statistical examination of the dialec.Results:1.Statistics of medical records:There are 212 cases of functional dyspepsia,with 315 times of diagnosis,including 96 males and 116 females.The age of onset of functional dyspepsia is widely distributed,among which the middle-aged population accounts for the largest proportion,especially the population aged 51-60,accounting for 24.07%of the total number of cases.2.A statistical analysis of 32 cases,each of five distinct syndrome types-cold and heat,disharmony between liver and stomach,spleen deficiency and qi stagnation-revealed a correlation of.06%.This syndrome type is characterized by a combination of cold and heat,a lack of yang in the spleen and stomach,as well as a deficiency of both qi and yin-all of which are present.3.An analysis of 118 types of commonly used drugs revealed the top 20 drugs in terms of frequency among the chosen ones:roasted licorice,bupleurum,codonopsis pilosula,atractylodes macrocephala,cassia,tangerine peel,and corydalis.A white peony,scutellaria baicalensis,dried ginger,poria cocos,french pinellia,stir-fried orange shell,stir-fried malt,magnolia officinalis,chicken inner gold,persimmon root,grain bud,amomum villosum,and lulutong-these are the ingredients.Frequencies of Qi-regulating drugs are the most frequent,followed by those for spleen invigoration and tonification of deficiency,and those for digestion.Conclusions:1.Declaring in a concise manner,the instructor asserted that the root of functional dyspepsia is the deficiency of beneficial qi in the focal point and an imbalance of qi movement.The frailty of the spleen and stomach can lead to a range of pathological consequences,such as dampness and blood stagnation,when their ascending and descending functions are not in equitibrium.The liver,gallbladder,triple energizer,and lung,closely connected to the spleen and stomach,are the sources of the illness,caused by such factors as diet,emotion,and six lewdness,as well as an excessive amount of food.2.Hu Ke,Professor,has developed a clinical approach to functional dyspepsia that is founded on the fundamental notion of controlling the qi’s ascent and descent in the spleen and stomach,understanding the law of its ascent and descent.He is mindful of the spleen.The desired outcome can be attained through fortifying the spleen,replenishing the qi,harmonizing the triple energizer,and harmonizing the liver and spleen,taking into account the ascent and descent of the stomach’ s turbidity.3.Focusing intently on the amalgamation of disease distinction and dialectics,Professor Hu Ke delved into the management of both indications and indications in order to treat functional dyspepsia,particularly deficiency in cold and heat.He sought to harmonize the qi and blood,thereby eradicating any pathogenic elements,by flexibly utilizing a range of treatments,and an overabundance of illness was also necessary.4.In addition to medical treatment,Professor Hu Ke also pays special attention to physical and mental health.By guiding patients to relax,combine work and rest,and eat regularly,he forms good living habits to achieve the goal of prevention before disease and prevention after disease.
