| Objective:In order to choose the medicine to improve the clinical level,the author collected Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of functional dyspepsia literature in recent ten years medicine and medical journal database to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of FD by means of analysis and Meta based medical system.Method:We had searched China periodical full text database, Wan FangDatabase,Chinese biomedical literature database, Chinese scientific journal database, Pub Med,Embase, Cochrane Library. At the same time the author collected medical journal and ongoing trials and grey literature. In the quality assessment and data extraction,the author uses scale evaluation of 6 indicators in the qualified literature, which are the total efficiency, abdominal pain symptoms, abdominal burning sensation symptoms,abdominal distention symptoms,early satiety symptoms,side effects symptoms.The author draws the conclusion by the software of analysis of literature.The Cochrane collaboration with Revman 5 software. The effect value is evaluated by standardized mean difference,weighted mean difference and the 95% confidence interval to measurement data. The effect value is evaluated by relative risk, odds ratio and the 95% confidence interval to count data.Result:According to the standard, the author collected 1337 literatures of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of FD. Finally 15 articles are included in this study,which include 2120 patients. The experimental group included 1315 patients. the control group included 805 patients.The situation is the same. Literature evaluation score more than 4 points, which include 4 points of the 9 articles, 5 points of the 1articles, 6 points of the 2 articles, 7 points of the 3 articles. Score depends on the quality of literature. Analysis of data was analyzed through Revman 5 software.The analysis conclusion have six aspects. Firstly, the experimental group have more advantages than the control group in improving all symptoms. 15 articles heterogeneity test showed no difference in literature, which expresses P=0.06,I2=39.0%.The analysis result of the fixed effect model is Z=4.13, RR=1.09,95%CI=[1.04,1.13]. Second, the experimental group have more advantages than the control group in improving abdominal pain symptoms. 7 articles heterogeneity test showed no difference in literature, which expresses P=0.08, I2=47.0%. The analysis result of the fixed effect model is Z=3.74, RR=1.19, 95%CI=[1.09,1.31]. Third, the experimental group have more advantages than the control group in improving abdominal burning sensation symptoms. 5 articles heterogeneity test showed no difference in literature, which expresses P=0.54, I2=0%. The analysis result of the fixed effect model is Z=3.12, RR=1.19, 95%CI=[1.07,1.32].Fourth, the experimental group have more advantages than the control group in improving abdominal distention symptoms. 11 articles heterogeneity test showed no difference in literature,which expresses P=0.90, I2=0%. The analysis result of the fixed effect model is Z=2.68, RR=1.08, 95%CI=[1.02,1.15]. Fifth, the experimental group have more advantages than the control group in improving early satiety symptoms. 6 articles heterogeneity test showed no difference in literature, which expresses P=0.27,I2=21.0%. The analysis result of the fixed effect model is Z=2.19, RR=1.15,95%CI=[1.01,1.29]. Sixth, the experimental group have no more advantages than the control group in side effects symptoms. 13 articles heterogeneity test showed no difference in literature, which expresses P=0.28, I2=20.0%. The Analysis result of the fixed effect model is Z=0.67, RR=0.84, 95%CI=[0.51,1.39]. Chinese medicine safety higher cannot be proved from the literature.The top of three drugs for test group are conditioning gas drug, strengthen the body drug and aid digestion drug. The disease attacks is related with liver qi stagnation,Weak temper and eating stagnation. Add other drugs are related to other types of the spleen and stomach and spleen deficiency phlegm dampness.Conclusion:Through Meta analysis, We draw the following conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine is superior to western medicine in total efficiency improve clinical symptoms of patients with FD and improve FD subtype four symptoms. Effective prescription are Yue Ju Wan,Four gentleman soup and Bao he Pill.Common types are conditioning gas drug, strengthen the body drug and aid digestion drug. The treatment are Shuganjieyu,Qi spleen and Promote digestion. At the same time, other methodsare also used..The sample size is small. These tests are not many Centre. Follow up time is insufficient. Execution is not strict. The design method is not strictly,which leads not accurate conclusion. In order to make the proof more perfect, we need more good test. |
