Objective : The purpose of this study is to summarize the clinical experience of Professor Diao Juncheng in the use of Baoyin Decoction for the treatment of gynecological diseases by studying the medication rules of Professor Diao Juncheng in the use of Baoyin Decoction,so as to expand use Baoyin Decoction in clinical practice.Research methods : This paper collects the experience summary and clinical experience of predecessors and modern scholars on Baoyin Decoction through China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang,Weipu,Superstar Digital Library, and Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Library Retrieval System, and attempts to expound its historical evolution and views of various schools. It also collects and organizes the cases of clinical application of Baoyin Decoction by the tutor, and according to the relevant inclusion criteria, selects cases that meet the criteria to establish a database.Frequency statistics are used to analyze the data, and at the same time, combined with Professor Diao Juncheng’s clinical experience of typical medical cases, summarize the rules and experience of Professor Diao Juncheng’s use of Baoyin Decoction from multiple perspectives.Research Results:1.General situation: In a standard sample of 80 female patients, the age range of the patients was 15-48 years.2.Symptom analysis: Symptoms analysis showed that the most common symptoms of Baoyin Decoction were five hearts of heat, two cheeks of blush, dry mouth,self-sweating,night sweats, irritability, bitter mouth, dry stools, and yellow-red urine.Among them, five hearts of heat and two cheeks of blush were the most common.3.Tongue pulse analysis: Tongue analysis showed that the tongue image was mainly red with little moss, and thin yellow moss, thin white moss and yellow greasy moss could also be seen. The pulse image was mostly thin and weak, and thin, number, and weak pulse could also be seen.4.Drug analysis: The original herbal medicines were used in the following frequencies: 80 times for raw Radix,80 times for cooked Radix,80 times for Phellodendron,80 times for Scutellaria,80 times for Paeonia,80 times for Dioscorea,60 times for Xuduan, and 75 times for Glycyrrhiza. In the addition and subtraction of drugs, the frequency of female Zhenzi, dry lotus,Poria cocos, peach kernel,Chinese Cornel, small Cirsium and Diphysa charcoal was relatively high;in the addition and subtraction of prescriptions, the main ones included Erzhi Pill,Four Herbs Soup,Shou Tai Pill,Wen Dan Soup and Zhu Ling Soup.5.Dosage analysis: Based on the frequency analysis table,in the original formula,Radix, cooked Radix,Phellodendron,Scutellaria,Paeonia, and Xuduan are all commonly used doses of 10-15 g;Glycyrrhiza has a harmonizing effect,so the dose is mainly 6-10 g;Dioscorea is both a medicine and a food, has a good effect of nourishing the spleen and yin,is low in price, and the tutor likes to use it frequently,so the dose is often about 20 g.6.Disease analysis: Analysis of the frequency of diseases showed that in the 80 cases of Baoyin Decoction used by Professor Diao, the main diseases treated were intermenstrual bleeding, fetal leakage and fetal restlessness, infertility, menstrual precocity, menstrual prolongation, menopausal syndrome, menstrual profusion, postpartum lochia not stopping, miscarriage, red belt, and insomnia,in order of frequency. The total frequency of menstrual diseases was 41,with a frequency of 51.25%;the total frequency of obstetrics and gynecology was 30,with a frequency of37.50%;the total frequency of leucorrhea was 1,with a frequency of 1.25%;and the total frequency of the remaining diseases was 8,with a frequency of 10.00%.Research conclusion:1.Professor Diao use Baoyin Decoction to treat gynecological diseases, mainly menstrual diseases, followed by obstetric and gynecological diseases. The disease is mainly caused by Yin deficiency and Xue deficiency, with the addition of internal heat, phlegm and dampness, and blood stasis. The disease is located in the blood level, and the five organs and six viscera are mainly liver and kidney, involving heart, spleen, stomach, uterus, and corpuscle. The pathogenesis is mainly liver and kidney Yin deficiency with internal heat,or with phlegm and dampness,or with dampness and heat,or with phlegm and heat,or with stasis and blood,or with liver depression,or liver depression with fire.2.When Professor Diao use Baoyin Decoction to add or subtract, they often use the original formula. In the formula,Chishao and Shaoyao are used together to activate blood, remove stasis and clear away heat,so as to nourish Yin and Xue.Because many patients come to see the doctor due to gynecological diseases, the disease position is often related to the uterus and corpuscles.Practitioners often add the medicine to nourish the uterus on the basis of nourishing the Yin of the liver and kidney.According to the main discomfort symptoms of the patient and the degree of deficiency and heat, either increase the dosage of the original prescription,or reduce the dosage of the original prescription,or combine with other prescriptions to enhance the efficacy and strive to make the medicine reach the disease.3.Professor Diao pays attention to the nourishment of the spleen and stomach. The spleen and stomach are the foundation of postnatal life, and the source of qi and blood biochemistry. The function of spleen and stomach in transporting and transforming grain essence is an important supplement to postnatal life activities. If the function of spleen and stomach in transporting and transforming grain essence is strong, then the body’s digestive absorption function is strong and qi and blood can be generated,Yin blood is sufficient, and water can control fire,so the deficiency and heat can be self-eliminated.
