| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Zheng’s "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture on the treatment of occipital neuralgia.It provides a clinical research basis for the treatment of occipital neuralgia with "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture treatment.Methods: 63 patients were selected to meet the diagnostic criteria of occipital neuralgia,all from December 2017 to December 2018,the Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in neurology,randomly divided into jin gou diao yu Group and the lifting-trusting reduction Group,31 cases of jin gou diao yu group and 32 cases of the lifting-trusting reduction group.According to the treatment method,the jin gou diao yu group was treated with "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture,and the lifting-trusting reduction group was treated by the lifting-trusting reduction.Before treatment,after treatment,and 1 months after treatment analysis and observation of visual analogue score(VAS),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score,and the reduction rate of VAS compared with the two groups of patients clinical efficacy and long-term efficacy.Results: Compared before treatment,jin gou dioa yu group and the lifting-trusting reduction group of patients with VAS scores and HAMA scores comparison differences has no statistically significant(P>0.05),between the group was comparable.Compared with the group before treatment,Jin gou diao yu Group and the lifting-trusting reduction group of patients with various VAS score and HAMA score were lower cervical spine function,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and HAMA scores of jin gou diao yu group were significantly lower than that of the lifting-trusting reduction group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after treatment,the VAS scores and HAMA scores of jin gou diao yu group were significantly lower than that of the lifting-trusting reduction group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after treatment VAS score reduction rate:the total effective rate of jin gou diao yu Group was100%,the cure rate was 20%,which was significantly higher than that of patients treated by he lifting-trusting reduction group 80%,The cure rate 6.7%,(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant,illustrate the clinical efficacy of "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture is better than the lifting-trusting reduction group on occipital neuralgia.1 month after treatment VAS score reduction rate:the total effective rate of jin gou diao yu group was 93.3%,the cure rate was 13.3%,the effective rate of the lifting-thrusting reduction was70%,the cure rate was3.3%,(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant,illustrate the long-term efficacy of "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture is better than the lifting-trusting reduction group on occipitalneuralgia.Conclusion: 1.Zheng’s "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture is effective for occipital neuralgia.which can effectively alleviate the pain and relieve the anxiery of patients.2.Zheng’s "jin gou diao yu" acupuncture is better than the lifting-thrusting reduction in the treatment of occipital neuralgia. |
