Summarization Of Professor Liu Aimin’s Academic Thought And Clinical Experience In Treating Acne By Syndrome Differentiation

Objective: To summarize the clinical experien ce of Professor Liu Aimin in the treatment of acne by syndrome differentiation,form a systematic academic tho ught,facilitate academic exch ange and inheritance,and provide a new reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods: 1.Through the stud y of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the research of acne-related literature,the collection,sorting and analysis of outpatient acne c ases by Professor Liu Aimin,combined with the clinical learning experience with the teacher,exchanges and discussi ons with the tutor Liu Aimin,to summarize his academic thoughts and clinical experience in treating acne.2.Using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant System(V2.5)" software,201 acne cases(443 prescriptions)that meet the inclusion criteria will be screened out and entered into the database one by one,and the clinical medication law of Professor Liu Aimin’s diagnosis and treatment of acne will be analyzed.Results: 1.Professor Liu Aimin believes that "heat,dampness,phlegm,and blood stasis" are the main pathological factors leading to acne,and imbalance of the five internal organs is the leading cause of the disease.Lung fever is the most common and is closely related to the liver and spleen.The syndrome differentiation of the viscera is combined with the classification of the facial viscera.2.Professor Liu Aimin’s differentiation and treatment of acne is mainly divided into lung meridian wind-heat syndrome,lung and stomach accumulating heat syndrome,lung heat and spleen dampness syndrome,liver meridian stagnation heat syndrome,lung-liver accumulating heat syndrome,heart-liver accumulation heat syndrome,liver heat and spleen cold syndrome,upper heat Ten common types of syndromes of lower cold syndrome,yin deficiency and fire-strength syndrome,and phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction syndrome are treated with Loquat Qingfei Decoction Modified and Subt racted,Loquat Qingfei Decoction Modified and Baihu Decoction Modified,Pingwei P owder and Loquat Qingfei Decoction Modified an d Subtracted,and Dan Modified Zhixiaoyao San,Modified Loquat Qingfei Decoction and Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San,Modified Xiexin Decoction and Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San,Modified Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoc tion,Modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction,Modifi ed Erzhiwan and Zhibai Dihuang Wan Addition and subtraction,Taoren Erchen Decoction addition and subtraction.3.Medication characteristics: Both bitter cold and pungent powder,heat-clearing and warming-up at the same time,soothing the liver and strengt hening the spleen.4.According to the analysis of the auxiliary system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,Professor Liu Aimin’s medication rules for treating acne are as follows:(1)The main properties of the medicine are cold medicine,followed b y warm medicine.The taste of the medicine is mainly bitter,sweet and pungent.The ratio of the main body to the lung,spleen,stomach,liver,heart meridian,and to the lungs and spleen is close to 1:1.(2)There are 110 kinds of drugs involved,and 15 flav ors with a frequency of not less than 95 times: Forsythia,Scutellaria,Dandelion,Licorice,Tangerine Peel,Bupleu rum,Poria,Gardenia,Centipede,Red Peony,Moutan Bark,Dried Ginger,Coptis,White peony,mulberry bark.(3)The prescriptions with 10-13 flavors accounted for 94.13% of the total prescriptions.(4)Dry ginger-Qing Pinellia,dried ginger-Guizhi,dried ginger-tangerine peel,and Gardenia-Yinchen obtained from the correlation analysis of drugs are more in line with the clinical medication characteristics of the tutor.(5)The core drugs with a support degree of 50% consist of Bupleurum,Poria,Tangerine Peel,Scutellaria,Forsy thia,Dandelion,and Licorice,which are consistent with the clinical features of the tutor’s clinical focus on liver and spleen.The core medications of common syndrome types obtained from the analysis are basically consistent with the clinical experience of the tutor.The core combination and new prescriptions obtained by cluster analysis still need to be interpreted and tested by clinical differentiation.Conclusion: Professor Liu Aimin combined the syndrome differentiation of the viscera and the facial viscera to explore the causes of acne dampness,heat,phlegm,and blood stasis.He believed that it is closely related to the fiv e internal organs.It is more common for the internal organs to cause disease.Clinically,the liver and spleen are emphasized,and the cold and warm medicines are used simultaneously.Divided into ten common clinical syndrome types,clarified and enriched the et iology,pathogenesis,syndrome types,treatment methods and prescriptions of acne.Through the analysis of data mining,explore the unity of the tutor’s clinical acne medication rule and clinical thinking,and fur ther improve the academic theory of Profess or Liu Aimin’s syndrome differentiation and treatme nt of acne.
