Clinical Experience Of Chinese Medicine Master Wu Bingcai In Using Longdan Xiegan Decoction

Objective : This paper aims to summarize Professor Wu Bingcai’s clinical experience of using Longdan Xiegan Decoction by studying the medication rules of Professor Wu Bingcai’ s use of Longdan Xiegan Decoction,in order to expand the application of this prescription in clinical practice.Methods : Methods: In this paper,through the Chinese know nets,ten thousand party,VIP,super star digital library,and jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine books retrieval system,reference books,collect predecessors and modern scholars of gentiana purging liver soup experience and clinical experience,tries to its history and various ideas,compare the contemporary scholar of clinical application and its theoretical basis,In addition,the medical records of Professor Wu Bingcai’s application of Longdan Xiegan Decoction were collected and collated,and 260 medical records containing Longdan Xiegan Decoction were selected from the outpatient department of Professor Wu Bingcai from September 2017 to December 2020 in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the relevant inclusion criteria,the cases meeting the criteria were selected to establish a database.Statistical methods such as frequency statistics and cluster analysis were used for analysis.At the same time,combining with Professor Wu Bingcai’s clinical experience,the law and experience of Professor Wu Bingcai’s application of Longdan Xiegan Decoction were summarized from multiple perspectives.Research Results:1.Professor Wu Bingcai used Longdan Xiegan Decoction clinically.The disease sites were mostly in the liver and gallbladder,which could involve the heart,spleen,kidney,and three Jiao,etc.The six meridians were classified as Jue Yin and Shaoyang meridians according to the syndrome differentiation.The key pathogenesis and main pathological products are fire evil and dampness and heat.2.Professor Wu Bingcai’s syndrome differentiation of Longdan Xiegan Decoction mainly includes the syndrome of inflammation of liver and gallbladder with solid fire,the syndrome of infusion of liver via dampness-heat,the disease of the site of liver and gallbladder meridian circulation,the disturbance of jue Yin wind and evil,the syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing the three Jiao mainly with lower Jiao,and the syndrome of liver loss and drainage.3.Professor Ng Bingcai used Longdan Xiegan Decoction to treat the following diseases: 1)To treat the diseases of liver and gallbladder and viscera.2)According to the physiological characteristics of Jueyin meridian,treat skin diseases such as wind-pruritus,eczema,snake string sores and other diseases such as vertigo,stroke and fibrillation syndrome.3)Treat tinnitus,red eyes,hypochondriac pain,Yin sweat and other diseases according to the circulating position of liver and gallbladder meridian.4)Treat diseases of the heart,kidney,spleen and stomach according to the relationship between liver and gallbladder and other viscera.4.The use of this prescription should be noted that this prescription is too full of bitter cold,long-term use is easy to hurt the spleen and stomach,and make kidney Yin,kidney qi damage,generally do not advocate large dose or long-term application,clinical need to adjust the dosage and dosage form according to the condition.After using this recipe,when the liver fire is clear,damp and heat is removed,if there is deficiency of spleen,liver,kidney and other viscera,the corresponding tonifying method can be used appropriately.
