| Since the beginning of the new century,the medical and health service systems of various countries around the world have been accompanied by the trend of medical and health system reform and marketization,and patients’ awareness of their rights has been continuously enhanced,with increasing demand.In addition,when the main social contradiction in our country becomes a conflict between people’s growing demand for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development,new and higher demands are put forward for medical services.How to provide high-quality public services that can meet the diverse needs of the public has become an important task for hospital managers in China.In recent years,the medical department has continuously increased its efforts in providing medical public services,continuously improving the quality of medical services,and increasing patient satisfaction.However,there are still some problems in medical service work.Therefore,how to further optimize medical services,improve patient satisfaction,and build a good doctor-patient relationship is an important issue that the current medical department urgently needs to solve.This article is based on the author’s practical work and takes Yichang First People’s Hospital as the research object.With the help of relevant literature,it analyzes the relevant factors that affect the satisfaction of hospitalized patients,listens to some patients’ real feelings during the medical process,and designs a satisfaction evaluation table for hospitalized patients in Yichang First People’s Hospital,in order to deeply analyze the problems currently existing in Yichang First People’s Hospital’s provision of medical public services,Thus,targeted improvement strategies are proposed.Firstly,a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the satisfaction of hospitalized patients,and SPSS.23 was used to test the reliability,validity,and differences of the survey questionnaire.Secondly,an analysis was conducted on the satisfaction survey results of inpatients in the five dimensions of department service,window service,medical technology service,logistics service,and hospital openness.The study showed that the five common factors were positively correlated with inpatient satisfaction,and the impact of each factor on inpatient satisfaction was from high to low: medical technology service>window service>department service>logistics service>hospital openness.Based on the current situation of the hospital and the existing problems,countermeasures and suggestions for improving the public service level provided by Yichang First People’s Hospital are proposed from the aspects of consolidating medical quality and safety,improving medical service processes,building medical ethics,internal management,standardizing diagnosis and treatment services,and improving the medical environment. |
