A Satisfaction Study On Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital Inpatient

This article is based on the survey of the inpatients in Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital, on the method of the questionnaire for getting the inpatient’s satisfaction evaluation on five aspects,which are the performance quality of doctor, nurse, administration and logistics, the medical environment and the overall satisfactory degree. The aim of this investigation is to find out the existing problems of the service quality in this hospital and to provide the improvement suggestions. This article conducts the research mainly with literature review and empirical analysis. In the section of literature review, it mainly defines the conception of customer and customer satisfactory, describes the concept and characters of the industry of health service and the analysis results of the performance evaluation indices of medical service quality, and presents the new changes of medical institutions’ operation development. In the part of empirical analysis,it mainly conducts the analysis of the questionnaire results on reliability and validity, factor analysis, descriptive analysis, and single factor analysis on coefficient of variation as well as regression analysis. And based on the outcomes of empirical analysis, the conclusion and argumentation are prevented at last.
