situation of health checkups and health service needs of the elderly in rural Hulunbeier City.Statistical analysis of physical examination data results of the elderly in Hulunbuir city and their influencing factors,Providing a scientific basis for the development of health management policies and measures for the rural elderly. Methods: Use of multi-stage sampling and random sampling methods,Rural areas in five regions of Hulunbeier City(Arong Banner,Molydawa Daur Autonomous Banner,Ewenk Autonomous Banner,Zalantun City, and Yakeshi City)were selected for 2021,Medical examination data of 1067 elderly people aged 65 and above who received health checkups, and analysis of their medical examination results. The above sampling method was also used to investigate by questionnaire,Study of the health service needs of 1072 rural elderly people in the above mentioned areas. The data were processed by SPSS26.0 software, and all the count data were expressed as examples or percentages, and the group comparison between the indicators was done by applying the chi-square test.Single-factor and multi-factor statistical analysis of factors influencing physical examination results using logistic regression methods. Results:The detection rates of abnormal physical examination indexes in rural elderly people in Hulunbeier City were, from highest to lowest: abnormal blood lipids(50.6%),hypertension(47.3%),overweight(35.8%),abnormal kidney function(35.3%),abnormal liver function(29.8%),high blood sugar(24.1%),abnormal abdominal ultrasound(23%),hypoglycemia(1%).The detection rates of abnormal indicators such as hypertension, abnormal renal function, abnormal liver function, history of smoking and/or alcohol consumption were higher in men than in women(P<0.05),In terms of dyslipidemia and abdominal ultrasound abnormalities, the detection rates of abnormal indicators were higher in women than in men(P< 0.05).In the age group, abnormal liver function, abnormal kidney function, and hypertension were detected at a greater rate in the group aged 80 years and older than in the other age groups(P<0.05).In the univariate analysis of dyslipidemia, hypertension, and hyperglycemia, gender, age, abnormal Body Mass Index(BMI),dyslipidemia, and a history of smoking and/or alcohol consumption were found to be factors influencing hypertension.Dyslipidemia,a history of smoking and/or alcohol consumption are factors that influence hyperglycemia.Gender, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and abnormal liver function are the influencing factors of dyslipidemia.Hypertension, hyperglycemia, and dyslipidemia were used as dependent variables, and the independent variables that were significant in the univariate analysis of the three indicators were included in the multi-factor regression analysis, and the results showed that gender, age, overweight or obesity, dyslipidemia, history of smoking, and history of alcohol and tobacco are all factors that influence hypertension.Dyslipidemia and a history of smoking and drinking are all factors that influence hyperglycemia.Gender, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and abnormal liver function are the influencing factors of dyslipidemia. With regard to the health needs of the elderly in rural Hulunbuir, the needs from highest to lowest were: medication guidance(18.8%),home visits by family contracted doctors and nurses(15.2%),dietary guidance(11.8%),accompanying to medical appointments(10.9%),voluntary consultation(10.1%),establishing chronic disease management files(8.3%),daily caregiver care guidance(8.2%),health education(7.8%),assistance in referral(6.8%),psychosocial counseling(2.1%).There was no significant difference in the choice of health service needs among rural older adults in different gender subgroups(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the choice of health service needs among rural older adults in different marital status subgroups(P>0.05).In the comparison of different annual income subgroups, older adults with higher annual income had higher needs for accompanying to medical appointments and daily caregiver care guidance than those with lower annual income(P<0.05).In the comparison of different monthly household medical expenditure groups, older adults with lower monthly medical expenditure had lower needs for escorting to medical appointments than those with higher expenditure(P<0.05),and higher needs for health education and assistance with referrals than those with higher expenditure(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.The top three abnormal physical examination indicators detected in rural Hulunbeier City over 65 years old were: abnormal blood lipids, hypertension and overweight, accounting for 50.6%,47.3% and 35.8% of the total number of people surveyed.Reflecting that the prevention of hypertension, hyperlipidemia and overweight in the region needs to be strengthened.Gender, hyperglycemia, hypertension, and abnormal liver function were the influential factors for dyslipidemia.Gender, age, overweight or obesity, dyslipidemia, history of smoking, and history of alcohol and tobacco use are all influential factors for hypertension.Dyslipidemia, history of smoking and alcohol consumption were all influential factors for hyperglycemia.2.The demand for health services for the elderly in the region is mainly focused on basic medical items, with higher demand for medication guidance, home contracted doctor and nurse visit services, and dietary guidance, and lower demand for health education and health management, while not enough attention is paid to spiritual and mental health. There were differences in the demand for health services among rural older adults in the comparison of ifferent average annual income and monthly health expenditure subgroups.
