Health work in rural pastoral area is of key in my area health work。Because it protects the rural pastoral area productive forces, promotes the rural pastoral area economy, maintains the rural pastoral area social development and the stable situation, and has the great significance to improve the entire national quality.According to the result of"The third Investigation on national health service"which was developed in Inner Mongolia municipality in 1999 and 2003, aiming at the reformation, the development target and the work emphases of the present health service in rural pastoral area, this thesis analysed deeply and in systemic the scheme status of health resource and the supply status of health service in rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia, and the resident's demand and utilization status of health service in rural pastoral area, and discussed the trait and the influence factors of the supply and the demand for health service in rural pastoral area in today's conditions. The study used a literature summarized analysis, the leadership interviews, questionnaire surveys, farmers survey,the method of combining qualitative description and quantitative analysis and applicating Logistic regression model to study the relationship between Separated response variables and a group of variables to explain. At the same time,all of the survey data were analysed by SPSS.The initial exploration of of a new type of health service system and mechanisms and measures that meet the health services needs of residents provide rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia provide with significative information on adjustment and scheme of health resource in the "new rural development" under the new situation through health service research in rural pastoral area of Inner Mongolia.
