| Objective:Through clinical observation,this subject applies graphene Nuangong acupoint paste combined with acupuncture to treat dysmenorrhea of endometriosis,and compares it with acupuncture alone.While ensuring the basic treatment for patients,the therapeutic effect of graphene Nuangong acupoint paste on this disease is studied,so as to achieve good curative effect.To provide some reference for the clinical application of TCM acupoint application in the treatment of dysmenorrhea in endometriosis.Methods: In this study,60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by digital randomization.The treatment group was treated with graphene Nuangong acupoint paste(clove,cinnamon,dried ginger,yellow mustard seed,cistanches,cumin,Sichuan pepper,wormwood leaf,Xiangfu,Wuzhuyu,graphene)combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with acupuncture alone.All patients in both groups were treated for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,starting 7 days before menstruation,once a day,for 7 days in each cycle,and stopping treatment during menstruation.Patients in the treatment group took the supine position,after local routine disinfection with 75% alcohol cotton ball,quickly stabbed the acupoints with the finger cutting needle method.When acupuncture "Guanyuan point" and bilateral "uterus point",the flat reinforcing and flat purging method was performed,and the needle tip slanted down the abdomen,and the patients had a sense of acid distension in the lower abdomen.Bilateral "Sanyinjiao point" straight into the needle,line of flat supplement flat purging technique,to the local acid swelling sensation.After receiving qi,keep the needle for 30 minutes and start the needle.Then apply the graphene Nuangong acupoint paste to the above acupoints.Remove the acupoint paste after 5 hours of each application.The control group only performed acupuncture related operations,and the operation points were consistent with the treatment group.Before and after treatment,the pain VAS score,CMSS dysmenorrhea symptom severity score and dysmenorrhea symptom duration score of patients were recorded respectively.After data collection,SPSS21.0 statistical software package was used for analysis and processing,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results:As 4 patients met the removal criteria,a total of 56 qualified subjects were finally completed in this study.There were 28 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.Before treatment,analysis of baseline data showed that there were no significant differences in age,course of disease,severity and duration of VAS score and CMSS score between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.After treatment,VAS scores of the two groups were compared after each course of treatment,and it was found that there was no significant difference in the first menstrual cycle(P>0.05),without statistical significance.However,there were significant differences in the second and third menstrual cycles(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.The severity score of CMSS in the two groups was compared,and it was found that there was no significant difference in the first menstrual cycle(P>0.05),without statistical significance.However,there were significant differences in the second and third menstrual cycles(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.The duration scores in CMSS of the two groups were compared,and it was found that there was no significant difference in the first menstrual cycle(P>0.05),without statistical significance.However,there were significant differences in the second and third menstrual cycles(P<0.05),which had statistical significance.Intra-group comparison of VAS score between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in the first menstrual cycle and before treatment(P> 0.05),which was not statistically significant,but there was significant difference between the two groups from the second menstrual cycle and the previous menstrual cycle(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.After intra-group comparison of CMSS severity scores between the two groups,it was found that there was no significant difference between the first menstrual cycle and before treatment(P>0.05),without statistical significance,but there was significant difference between the second menstrual cycle and the previous menstrual cycle(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Intra-group comparison of CMSS duration scores between the two groups showed that there was no significant difference in the first menstrual cycle between the two groups and before treatment(P>0.05),which was not statistically significant,but there was significant difference in the second menstrual cycle between the two groups and the previous menstrual cycle(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.In terms of efficacy evaluation,in the treatment group,3 cases were cured,9 cases were effective,13 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 89.29%.In the control group,1 case was cured,4 cases were effective,16 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 75.00%.The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05),and the overall curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.The total clinical effective rate of graphene Nuangong acupoint paste combined with acupuncture therapy is high,which is compared with acupuncture therapy alone.It is found that the graphene Nuangong acupoint application is one of the effective Chinese therapy for endometriosis dysmenorrhea.2.Graphene Nuangong acupoint paste can effectively improve the degree of pain,severity and duration of dysmenorrhea symptoms in patients with endometriosis,and there are no obvious adverse reactions during the use.The therapeutic effect is remarkable and deserves further exploration and research. |
