Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Graphene Warming Palace Point Paste And Moxibustion

Objective: By comparing the clinical efficacy of graphene warming acupuncture point paste combined with moxibustion with that of moxibustion alone,this study proved the effectiveness of graphene warming acupuncture point paste,and provided a method and basis for the clinical application of graphene warming acupuncture point paste in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: In this study,60 patients with primary dysmenorrhea who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with graphene warming acupuncture point patch combined with moxibustion,and moxibustion(mild moxibustion)was first applied to Guanyuan,Zigong and Sanyinjiao,and after the moxibustion,the graphene warming acupuncture point patch was applied to the corresponding acupuncture points of the patients for 5 hours.The control group was treated with simple moxibustion,with the same moxibustion site and moxibustion method as above.The treatment time was the same for both groups,starting from 7 days before menstruation,once a day for 10 days,and this was a course of treatment for 3 consecutive courses of treatment.The efficacy was then evaluated by the VAS score and COX Dysmenorrhea Symptom Scale score before and after treatment in both groups.The evaluation time was once a week before the treatment,and then after each course of treatment,the evaluation was conducted on the first day after the menstruation of that course,and the evaluation was conducted for 3 consecutive courses,and all the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that both graphene warming acupuncture point patch combined with moxibustion and moxibustion alone had therapeutic effects on primary dysmenorrhea,but the efficacy of graphene warming acupuncture point patch combined with moxibustion was better than that of moxibustion alone for primary dysmenorrhea.(2)The healing rate was73.31% and the total effective rate was 93.10% in the graphene warming point patch combined with moxibustion group;the healing rate was 44.83% and the total effective rate was 82.76% in the simple moxibustion group,which showed that the number of healed and effective cases in the graphene warming point patch combined with moxibustion group was more than that in the simple moxibustion group,and the number of invalid cases was less than that in the simple moxibustion group.Conclusion:Both graphene warming acupuncture point patch combined with moxibustion and moxibustion alone have significant efficacy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,but the efficacy of graphene warming acupuncture point patch combined with moxibustion is better than that of moxibustion alone,which further proves the effectiveness of graphene warming acupuncture point patch for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
