Clinical Study Of Graphene Nuangong Acupoint Patch On Adolescent Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of the treatment of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea by the graphene warm uterus acupoint paste developed by Professor Wang Fuchun,this topic objectively proves the effectiveness of the graphene warm uterus acupoint paste in the treatment of this disease,and provides a scientific basis for the clinical use of the warm uterus analgesic paste in the treatment of this disease.At the same time,in order to use a simple and inexpensive treatment to alleviate the dysmenorrhea of adolescent women.Methods:1.This topic selected from June 2021 to December 2022 during medical treatment in Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and The Third Affiliated Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,gynecology clinic patients and Changchun Foreign Language School,Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in reading students,meet the inclusion criteria of adolescent primary dysmenorrhea patients a total of 60 cases.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group(application of graphene warm uterus acupoint paste)and control group(application of non-drug placebo paste),30 patients in each group,of which 2 cases were lost in the control group.Both groups began to apply Guanyuan point,Zigong point(double)and Sanyinjiao(double)7 days before menstruation,once a day,5hours each time,10 days in a row.2.In this study,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and The Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS)were used to evaluate the curative effect.The changes in the scores of patients at baseline and after each treatment course were observed and recorded,and the data were analyzed to determine the curative effect.Results:1.Comparison of scores between groups showed: There was no significant difference in age,age of menarche,course of disease,VAS and CMSS at baseline between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability;VAS and CMSS scores were significantly different between the two groups after each course of treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that graphene warm uterus acupoint sticking can effectively relieve dysmenorrhea symptoms.2.Comparison of scores within groups showed that: After the first,second and third courses of treatment,the VAS and CMSS scores of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).3.The total effective rate showed that: After 3 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was26.67%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group during the treatment,suggesting that the safety of graphene Nuangong acupoint paste was high.Conclusion:1.Graphene warm palace acupoint sticking can effectively treat adolescent primary dysmenorrhea,significantly reduce the degree of pain and pain duration,the effective rate was 83.33 %.2.There was no obvious adverse reaction after the treatment of the patients,which confirmed that the safety of graphene warm uterus acupoint paste was worthy of promotion.
