| Objective:(1)To observe the clinical effect of cupping combined with acupuncture on cervical insomnia.(2)0To explore the relationship between the mechanism of cupping combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical insomnia and the high tension of myofascia..Methods:According to the admission standard,72 patients were finally included and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 36 patients in each group.The intervention measures of the experimental group were cupping combined with acupuncture,while the intervention measures of the control group were Bailemian capsules.7 cases fell off during treatment.In the experimental group,cupping exercise was performed on the abdomens and starting and ending points of sternocleidomastoid muscle,trapezius muscle and platysma muscle.At the same time,Baihui,Shenmen,Anmian,Fengfu,Fengchi and Neck Eight needles were acupuncture for 30min;.Easy cupping combined with acupuncture once a day,six times a week,one day off,two weeks as a course of treatment,two courses of treatment.The control group took Bailemian capsules orally,4 capsules/time,twice a day,in the morning and evening,for 4 weeks.Record the patient’s information,evaluate the clinical efficacy before treatment,2 weeks,4 weeks and 1 month after treatment,score with PSQI and NPQ Neck Pain Scale,and record the data of sleep bracelet every day.Finally,analyze the data with SPSS27.0,and objectively evaluate the efficacy,safety and compliance of the two groups after treatment.Results:(1)After one course of treatment,two courses of treatment and follow-up: the PSQI scores of the experimental group were 11.15±3.31,7.85±3.87 and 7.21±4.55 respectively;The NPQ scores were 52.02±17.34,32.99±23.28 and 28.11±24.57 respectively.The PSQI scores of the control group were 12.06 ± 2.27,10.38 ± 3.87 and 10.31 ± 3.77,respectively.The NPQ scores were all 81.89±8.50.There were significant differences in PSQI scores,NPQ scores and PSQI scores in the experimental group after one course of treatment,after two courses of treatment,and after follow-up and before treatment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in NPQ scores between the two groups(P > 0.05)because there was no cervical intervention for the symptoms of neck pain in the control group.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(2)Compared with the data recorded in the sleep diary after 4 weeks of treatment,in the first course of sleep in the experimental group,the night sleep time was 4.05±1.25,the deep sleep ratio was 18.84 ± 8.06,the light sleep ratio was 56.06 ± 6.34,the rapid eye movement ratio was 25.85±3.96,and the waking times were 1.75±0.95.After the second course of treatment,the night sleep time was 5.86±2.18,the proportion of deep sleep was45.78±10.55,the proportion of light sleep was 42.94±9.40,the proportion of rapid eye movement was 21.79±3.06,and the number of waking times was 0.72±0.95.Follow-up showed that the night sleep time was 5.97±2.07,the proportion of deep sleep was 36.58±9.73,the proportion of light sleep was 41.69±8.91,the proportion of rapid eye movement was 21.72±2.70,and the number of waking times was 10.66±1.10.After the first course of treatment,the proportion of sleep in the control group was 3.39±1.23 at night,14.78±6.13 at deep sleep,59.34±8.03 at light sleep,25.88±4.13 at rapid eye movement,and depressed waking times.03±1.00;After the second course of treatment,the night sleep time was 4.05±2.03,the proportion of deep sleep was 24.03±13.87,the proportion of light sleep was 52.10±12.96,the proportion of rapid eye movement was 23.69±4.20,and the number of waking times was 2.16±1.65.The follow-up night sleep time was 4.02±2.40,and the proportion of deep sleep was 24.10.All the factors were compared between groups and within groups(except the first course of sleep time and waking times in the treatment group compared with before treatment,because the ratio was P > 0.05,and there was no significant statistical difference),and the ratio of rapid eye movement was compared between groups,but there was no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).(3)After treatment,the statistics of curative effect showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.94%,among which 3 cases were effective,10 cases were markedly effective,18 cases were cured and 2 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 78.12%,of which 9 cases were effective,10 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were cured and 7 cases were ineffective.The curative effect between the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,with significant statistical difference..Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture combined with cupping therapy can significantly reduce Pittsburgh sleep quality score,neck pain score,improve night sleep time and balance the proportion of sleep factors,which are higher than those in the control group.(2)Acupuncture combined with cupping has obvious clinical effect,high safety and high patient compliance,which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of cervical insomnia. |
