| Objective To prepare a novel,safe,convenient and effective acupoint sticking agent for topical use,and to monitor its safety and quality.At the same time,to observe the clinical curative effect of tincture for migraine treatment to provide a clinical basis for the development of migraine treatment programs.Methods Preparation and quality testing of Juan Tong Patch: Preparation of Juan Tong Patch.2 Based on the relevant requirements in the 2005 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the correlation coefficient of the preparation such as traits,stability,initial stickiness and irritation was tested.Clinical study on the clinical efficacy of Juan Tong Patch: Clinically included migraine patients who meet migraine diagnostic criteria.The machine digital table method was divided into an analgesic patch group(treatment group)and a control group.Treatment group: According to the "Chinese migraine prevention and treatment guideline" in 2016,the drug selection was used in combination with tarsal plaster treatment;the control group: In strict accordance with the "Chinese migraine prevention and treatment guideline" in 2016,the drug selection principle was selected.After 3 days of medication,the pain relief rate,analgesia onset and duration,andthe effect of pain on the patients were recorded and recorded.Thesafety and adverse reactions of the drugs were evaluated objectively.Results The results of the preparation and quality test of Juan TongPatch were as follows: The Juan Tong Patch was formulated by Chuanxiong,Asarum,White Pelican,and Borneol,and mixed withpeppermint oil.The traits,initial tack,stability and irritationof the 2-Acupoint patch preparations were in compliance with the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Clinical observation of Juan Tong Patch: A total of 69 patients in this clinical trial completed the observation.The clinical observations showed no difference between the total efficacy of the analgesic patch and the use of the drug in strict accordance with the guidelines.The treatment effect was safe and reliable;the pain relief was compared between the two groups.The time of onset of analgesia in the agent group was shorter than that in the control group,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the duration of analgesia(P>0.05).The treatment effect of analgesic patch on different parts of the headache showed significant differences(P< 0.05);In terms of pain,the efficacy of Bitong patch for severe headache was better than moderate headache(P<0.05);the effect of headache on patients after treatment: The results showed that both groups can be treated The effect of headache on patients was alleviated,but the effect of the patella patch group was better(P<0.05);on the side of adverse reactions,the incidence of dizziness,dry mouth,drowsiness,and abdominal distension in the patella patch group was significantly lower In the control group(P<0.05),in the adverse reactions and safety aspects,the patients in the Juan Tong Patch group did not show severe skin adverse reactions,abnormal blood biochemistry,and electrocardiogram.In a word,Juan Tong Patch has a high safety and curative effect for the treatment of migraine and can be used in clinical practice.Conclusion The topical patch preparation “Juan Tong Patch” prepared in this study can improve the pain relief rate of migraine patients,shorten the onset time of pain relief,reduce the effect of pain on patients,and there is no obvious adverse reaction of skin allergy,and the safety of headache treatment High,compared with the control medication for oral migraine alone,it has better comprehensive efficacy and less adverse reactions.It is worth promoting in clinical practice. |
