Objective: In this study,patients with primary dysmenorrhea,were were used as study subjects to characterize the differences in the energy characteristics of different acupoints of the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin by cold light and temperature.All this can summarize the specificity pattern of acupoints,enrich the theory of specific response of acupoints,and provide experimental basis for revealing the specificity of acupoints.Methods: In this study,the biological Ultra-weak photon emission signal acquisition system and digital medical Infrared thermography was used to detected 66 subjects with primary dysmenorrhea.The acupoints selected in this study are Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai on the spleen meridian of Foot-Taiyin.The measurement period was chosen on the second day of menstruation.Results:1.Results of UPE intensity comparison1.1 UPE intensity of Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai on both sides had significant differences(P<0.01);The UPE intensity of the right side of Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai was higher than that of the left side.1.2 There was a significant difference between the right Diji and Sanyinjiao,and between Sanyinjiao and Xuehai(P<0.01),while there was no statistical difference between Diji and Xuehai(P>0.05).The photon intensity of the right Sanyinjiao is higher than that of the right Xuehai than that of the right Diji.1.3 There were significant differences between the left and Sanyinjiao,the left and Xuehai,and the Sanyinjiao and Xuehai(P<0.01),and the photon intensity of the left Sanyinjiao was higher than that of the left Xuehai.2.Comparison results of body surface temperature on acupoints2.1 The body surface temperature of the acupoints on the left and right sides of Sanyinjiao had a significant difference(P<0.01),while the body surface temperature of the acupoints on the left and right sides of Diji and Xuehai have no statistical difference(P>0.05),the body surface temperatures of the right Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai were higher than those of the left acupoints.2.2 There was no statistical difference in the body and surface temperature of the acupoints at the right Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai(P>0.05),and the body and surface temperature of the acupoints at the right Xuehai was higher than that at the right Diji than that at the right Sanyinjiao.2.3 There was no statistical difference in the body and surface temperature of the acupoints at the left Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai(P>0.05),and the body and surface temperature of the acupoints at the left Xuehai was higher than that at the left Diji than that at the left Sanyinjiao.3.Comparison results of Imbalance Degree of Left and RightThe UPE intensity of Sanyinjiao was more significant than that of Imbalance Degree of Left and Right of the body surface temperature of the acupoints,and the absolute value of the imbalance was similar to that of Diji,while the left-right imbalance degree of the UPE intensity of the Diji,Sanyinjiao and Xuehai was more significant than that of the Imbalance Degree of Left and Right of the body surface temperature of the acupoints.Conclusion:1.It was preliminarily confirmed that in the pathological state,the left and right acupoints were in an unbalanced state,and both UPE intensity and body surface temperature of the acupoints tended to be higher on the right side than on the left side.2.Differences in UPE intensity at different acupoints of Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin in PD patients were demonstrated as Sanyinjiao > Xuehai > Diji.3.Differences in body surface temperature at different acupoints of Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin in PD patients were demonstrated as Xuehai > Diji > Sanyinjiao.4.Both ultra-weak photon emission and infrared thermography are able to reflect differences in the energy characteristics of different acupoints of the same meridian in PD patients,and changes in the UPE intensity of acupoints in pathological states are more sensitive than the body surface temperature of acupoints.
