Clinical Research Of Using Modified Yuye Decoction In Treating Type 2 Diabetes With Deficiency State(Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin)Based On The Theory Of State Target

Objective:Guided by the theory of "state target syndrome differentiation",this study summarized the syndrome differentiation and drug selection principles of type 2diabetes mellitus.Modified Yuye Decoction was selected as the target prescription of type 2 diabetes Deficient State(Deficiency of both Qi and Yin),and the method of "Benefiting qi and nourishing yin,Kaiyu and Dissipating Heat" was used for modulate state and target practice,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Yuye decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,and to explore the formulation idea of "Combination of state and target" and clinical significance.Methods:A total of 72 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to October 2022 were collected.According to the principle of randomization,there were 36 cases in the experimental group and 36 cases in the control group,with 6 cases shedding.Under the premise of basic treatment,the experimental group was given flavored Modified Yuye decoction and the control group was given metformin hydrochloride tablets.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptoms and points,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),blood sugar 2 hours after meal(2 HPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(Hb A1c)index,to evaluate the efficacy and safety.Results:Statistical analysis showed that there were differences between the observation group and the control group in TCM syndrome score,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin after treatment(P < 0.05),and the experimental groups were better than the control group,and the intervention drugs were safe.Conclusion: This study proves that the application of Yuye decoction can effectively change the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes patients with deficiency state(deficiency of both Qi and Yin).Modified Yuye Decoction has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of type2 diabetes deficiency with deficiency state(deficiency of both Qi and Yin),which can reduce the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbAlc and improve the quality of life of patients.In this research stage,there were no adverse reactions and side effects in the patients,indicating the safety of Modified Yuye Decoction flavor treatment,worthy of application and promotion.
