Clinical Study Of Yuye Yin Nourishing Decoction In Treating Qi And Yin Deficiency Syndrome Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Research purposes: By observing the clinical efficacy of Yuye Yangyin Decoction intreating type 2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin,so as to make the TCM treatment scheme of type 2 diabetes mellitus individualized and targeted,and furtherimprove the patient’s condition and quality of life.Methods:During the period from January 1,2022 to December 31,2022,select theoutpatients and inpatients from the emergency department of Yunnan Provincial Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine(the first affiliated hospital of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)and the geriatrics who are definitely diagnosed as type2 diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin,screen 72 patients who meet the standard,they were randomized to control and treatment groups.Both groups of patients were given basic therapy,and the control group was treated with metformin tablets.If the blood glucose was not up tothe standard(fasting blood glucose ≥ 11.1 mmol/L)on the 7th day of treatment,thetreatment group was given acarbose tablets.Yuye Yangyin Decoction was added in thetreatment group,and 14 days was a course oftreatment.After the course of treatment,observe the patients’ fasting blood glucose,bloodglucose 2 hours after meals,blood lipidfour items and TCM symptom integral and othercurative effect indicators.Finally,statistically analyze the index data of each group anddraw a conclusion.Research results:1.After treatment,the blood glucose of patients in the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the hypoglycemic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the blood lipid of the two groups were ameliorated,indicating that the TG and HDL-C of the two groups could be improved after treatment,and the therapygroup was better than the control group in improving TG(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the symptoms of TCM were improved in both groups,but the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the efficacy of TCM symptoms,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.From the treatment efficacy of medical symptoms in the two groups,it can be seen that the total effective rate of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups is statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that Yuye Yangyin Decoction combined with western medicine hasmore advantages in controlling blood sugar and improving TCM symptoms in treating type2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin.Conclusion: Yuye Yangyin Decoction combined with western medicine in treating type2 diabetes mellitus with deficiency of both qi and yin is superior to western medicine therapygroup in stabilizing blood sugar and improving clinical symptoms.It has no adversereactions in clinical trials,is safe and effective,and has certain clinical application value.
