Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease, great harm, mainly rely on drug treatment.Due to the lack of supervision of medical staff,it is very important for patients to take medicine consciously.Medication compliance plays an extremely important role in the control of tuberculosis. However, many patients with tuberculosis have the problem of low medication compliance in the course of drug treatment, which leads to difficult recovery of the disease and aggravation of the disease.Studies have shown that family caring degree and stigma perception are important factors affecting medication compliance, and attention of the mental health should be paid.Improving the adherence of tuberculosis patients to medication is of great significance for improving the cure rate and reducing the transmission rate of the disease. This study consists of three parts: The first study used the Stigma Perception Scale for Tuberculosis Patients,APGAR Family Caring Scale and Morisky Medication Compliance Scale as research tools.According to the characteristics of the subjects, the research tools were translated and revised. In the second study,320 patients with tuberculosis were selected from the outpatient department of a designated tuberculosis hospital in K City using the revised research tool to investigate the status quo of family caring, stigma perception and medication compliance of the group, explore the relationship among the three, test the mediating role of stigma perception, and provide theoretical support for the stigmatization intervention program. In Study 3,based on the results of study 1 and study 2,20 positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients diagnosed and treated for the first time were selected as intervention subjects. The experimental design of 2(experimental group, control group)×3(pre-test,post-test,follow-up test)was adopted to test the effectiveness of group psychological intervention to improve patients’ medication compliance.Specific results are as follows:(1)The revised Uyghur version of "Stigma Perception Scale for Tuberculosis Patients","APGAR Family Caring Scale" and "Morisky Medication Compliance Scale" all have good reliability and validity, and it is not necessary to delete any of them.(2)There were significant differences in the degree of family care of tuberculosis patients in terms of gender, region, education level and occupation; There were significant differences in stigma perception in gender, region, education level, occupation, initial treatment or rehabilitation and family history. There were significant differences in medication compliance in gender, region, education level, occupation and at the level of initial treatment or rehabilitation.(3)There was a significant positive correlation between family care and medication compliance of patients with tuberculosis; The stigma perception of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was negatively correlated with family care and medication compliance.(4)Stigma perception played a partial mediating role between family caring and medication compliance.(5)Stigmatization group psychological intervention is effective and feasible in reducing the stigma perception level of patients with tuberculosis and improving medication compliance, and the effect of counseling is sustainable and long-term stability. Conclusion: The degree of family care has an important effect on the medication compliance of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and stigma perception can indirectly affect the medication compliance, which plays an important intermediary role.Group psychological intervention to destigmatize can effectively reduce the level of stigma perception and significantly improve the medication compliance of patients with tuberculosis.
