Ningxia Haiyuan And Yanchi Confirmed TB Patients Clinic Situation And Research Of Medication Compliance

Objective To study Haiyuan and Yanchi count tuberculosis treatment and medication compliance.According to the research results, putting forward some suggestions, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the future workers.Method Two project counties of Ningxia Haiyuan and Yanchi for this survey, research TB patients between on July 1,2013 to June 30,2014 which are on the Julie. Obtain information from face to face questionnaire survey and then statistic analysis of the data; mean,standard deviation and median.Four point spacing for Numerical data; application rate and composition ratio for frequency data; Checking difference of numerical data by rank sum test, Using chi square test to analyze the difference between the composition ratio. To Analysis of medication compliance of patients with tuberculosis by using two classification logistic regression to analysis of medication compliance of patients with tuberculosis Test level is 0.05.Result 1 There are 323 tuberculosis patients, Among of these patients,182 patients are men,141 patients are women;121patients are han nationality,and 202 patients are hui nationality.The most little tuberculosis patient was 12 years old, the biggest was 92 years old and the average year is 63.2.The location of newly diagnosed and Indeed Diagnosis are most in country hospital There is obvious delay in treatment of tuberculosis patients, 218 people have treatment delay, accounting for 67.5%.258 patients have health care system delay, accounting for 79.9%. The average spend over all treatment process of two country were difficult, and Yanchi is higher than Haiyuan. TB medication of two countries, the overall compliance are 258 patients, accounting for 79.9%,65 patients are not comply,accounting for 21.1%.There important reasons are adverse drug reactions, feel better, feel invalid and too busy to forget.3 Analysis by logistic regression.,the factors of TB patients compliance are Sex ?pay of tuberculosis patients between the entire process, treatment of tuberculosis during the borrowing, regularly go to pick up the medicine, knowing whether TB infection, the attitude of relatives and friends to tuberculosis patients and drug supervision are the influencing factors of medication compliance of tuberculosis patients. Among all factors, men is a risk factor for TB patients medication compliance(OR=0.070,P=0.000); TB patients spend more than 5000 is a protective factor for medication compliance of tuberculosis patients(OR=5.145,P=0.001); the debt less than 5000 Yuan(OR=0.237,P=0.002) and above 5000 Yuan(OR=0.052,P=0.000) are risk factors of drug compliance and the debt are more, the risk is higher; regularly go to take medicine is a protective factor for TB medication compliance(OR=38.284,P=0.000); tuberculosis patients know it transmit is a protective factor for TB medication compliance(OR=2.405,P=0.026); the medical staff promote knowledge for TB patients is a protective factor of the compliance( OR=2.551,P=0.041);attitude of friends treat same as before(OR=0.183, P=0.031)and support to treat(OR=7.802,P=0.004)is a protective factor of the compliance of the TB patients; the medical staff supervision is a protective factor for compliance of TB patients(OR=4.305,P=0.003).Conclude 1.The distribution of tuberculosis is obvious, concentrated in rural areas, the elderly are more social, these high-risk patients should be focused on the protection of the patient.2 Improving the t referral rate. Confirming the patients on time and taking corresponding measures, avoiding tuberculosis patients become to a new source of infection for the victimized people due to misdiagnosis;3.Strengthen TB prevention knowledge promoting, let more patients understand the knowledge of tuberculosis, especially in rural areas, the way to know TB is limit, so we must strengthen to use the media, some poor nation areas may even not have TV, the publicity of TB is a big problem, we can only promote propaganda by village doctors, so I hope relevant department staff to pay attention to the problem.4. Family difficulties is always a major problem in the treatment of tuberculosis, our country need to continue to increase the pay of free treatment.5 Related pharmacy staff should be continue to work hard to research better TB drugs, in order to solve a lot of patients because of drug adverse reaction interrupted treatment.6.To strengthen the implementation of the DOTS strategy, at all levels of medical personnel perform their duties, at the same time, using the advantages of families in close contact with the patient, incorporated the patient's families into the ranks of the supervision, promoting knowledge to them for TB, inform them the effect of medication supervision.
