Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of "foot holographic" moxibustion combined with traditional massage technique in the treatment of mild to moderate myopia in adolescents,to evaluate the efficacy and safety of this method,to explore the difference in efficacy between combined therapy and single therapy in the treatment of mild to moderate myopia in adolescents, and to improve and enrich the prevention and treatment program of myopia in adolescents. Methods:A total of 72 patients aged 6-18 years with mild to moderate myopia were studied from the ophthalmology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: 36 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with "foot holographic" moxibustion combined with traditional massage, and the control group was treated with traditional massage only, both for 4 courses. The patients’ naked visual acuity and diopter were analyzed before treatment,2 courses of treatment and4 courses of treatment using SPSS21.0 for statistical processing and evaluation of efficacy.Results:1.Within-group comparison: After 2 courses of treatment and at the end of treatment, the naked visual acuity of both groups improved and diopter decreased compared with that before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparison between groups. After 2 courses of treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving naked visual acuity and reducing diopter(P>0.05);after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving naked visual acuity(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing diopter(P>0.05).3.The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 65.08% in the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The use of "foot holographic" moxibustion combined with traditional massage techniques for the treatment of mild to moderate myopia in adolescents can significantly improve the patients’ naked visual acuity and reduce their diopter, which is safe and effective.2.In terms of improving patients’ naked visual acuity, the treatment effect of "foot holographic" moxibustion combined with traditional massage group was better than that of simple traditional massage group;there was no significant difference between the two groups in reducing patient diopter.3.The total efficiency of "foot holographic" moxibustion combined with traditional massage alone is higher than that of traditional massage alone. |
