Summary Of Professor Liu Yanhua’s Phase Ⅲ Treatment Of Diabetic Kidney Disease Based On Data Mining

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore Professor Liu Yanhua syndrome differentiation treatment of diabetic kidney disease Ⅲ medication rules,and actively explore the pathogenesis of this key to establish a reasonable method of prescription,in order to benefit the treatment of diabetic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: 1.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,collect the medical records of Professor Liu Yanhua in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ patients,and summarize the data;2.Use the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform for standardized operation,traditional Chinese medicine statistics,association rules,cluster analysis,etc.;3.At last,the author summarized Professor Liu Yanhua experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment and medication characteristics in treating stage Ⅲ diabetic kidney disease by using traditional Chinese medicine theory.Results: 1.A total of 200 patients were included in this study,including 88 women,112 males,male: 1.27:1;high incidence age 40-49 years,accounting for 31.50% of the total.2.200 prescriptions were recorded in this study,and 277 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines were recorded.The total frequency of drugs was 2893 times.The top ten Chinese medicines in frequency were Astragalus membranaceus,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Poria cocos,Dioscorea opposita,Rehmannia glutinosa,Cornus officinalis,Alisma orientalis,Angelica sinensis,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Atractylodes macrocephala.The frequency analysis of the four qi and five flavors of the prescription showed that the four qi were mainly mild drugs,followed by cold drugs,warm drugs and slightly cold drugs.The five flavors are mainly sweet,followed by bitter drugs,pungent drugs,sour drugs,light drugs,etc.3.The main symptoms were fatigue,dry mouth,lumbago,backache,swelling of lower limbs,nocturia,thirst,dizziness and anorexia.The tongue picture mainly showed red tongue,pale tongue,white fur and thin white fur The main pulse conditions are thready,deep,wiry,slippery and astringent.4.The main syndromes were deficiency of both qi and yin,deficiency of liver and kidney yin,deficiency of kidney and blood stasis,blood stasis blocking collaterals,deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of qi and blood stasis,damp-heat.The main treatment is tonic drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,blood activating and blood stasis drugs,heat clearing drugs and astringent drugs.5.The results of drug compatibility law showed that the 5 groups with the highest frequency were Salvia miltiorrhiza and Astragalus membranaceus.Chinese yam,astragalus root;poria cocos,astragalus root;Rehmannia glutinosa,Astragalus membranaceus,Cornus officinalis,Dioscorea opposita,cluster analysis of the new formula has 5 groups.Conclusion: 1.Professor Liu Yanhua is a professor of clinical diagnosis and treatment of diabetic kidney disease stage Ⅲ common Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.The treatment is mainly based on tonic drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,blood circulation and blood stasis drugs,heat-clearing drugs,astringent drugs.The drug properties are mostly flat and cold,and the drug tastes sweet and bitter,mainly entering the liver,kidney and spleen meridians.3.Professor Liu Yanhua grasped the core pathogenesis of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,and thought that deficiency in origin was deficiency of both qi and yin,deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,and deficiency of phlegm,dampness and blood stasis in superficiality.
