Discussion On The Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Early Diabetic Kidney Disease Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:This topic organizes and analyzes the prescriptions of the literature on Chinese medicine treatment of early diabetic kidney disease(DKD)by China National Knowledge Infrastructur(CNKI)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and explores the characteristics and general rules of its medication,so as to provide a certain guiding role for regulating traditional Chinese medicine treatment of early DKD.With a view to providing patients with more effective and standard treatment.Methods:Using "early stage,diabetic kidney disease,traditional Chinese medicine" as the keywords,this study used professional search methods to collect and organize the literature of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic kidney disease on CNKI and the Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform after 2010.Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Assistant System(v2.5)has three methods of frequency analysis,association rules,and cluster analysis.It can analyze the original data to find out the prescription rules of Chinese medicine for DKD.Results:1.A total of 528 articles were collected,of which 332 on CNKI and 196 on Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,including 538 prescriptions and 249 herbs of Chinese medicine were extracted.The top 10 herbs used frequently are:Astragalus,Wild Yam,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dogwood,Poria,Radix Rehmanniae,Alisma,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Cooked Rehmannia,Angelica sinensis.The four natures of drugs are warm,cold,flat,cool,and hot.The five flavors are sweet,bitter,acrid,sour,astringent,and salty;the herbs’s top 3 channel tropism are liver,kidney,and spleen,followed by the heart,lung,and stomach,and the other meridians are less.2.Using the "prescription analysis" function,set the number of support 107,confidence level 0.8,and 49 pairs of herbs combinations that appear more than 107 times.According to the association rules,12 core herbs are involved:Astragalus,Yam,Salvia,Dogwood,Poria,Raw Rehmannia Dioscorea,Alisma,Chuanxiong,Radix Rehmanniae,Angelica,Rhubarb,Atractylodes.3.Using the "new prescription analysis" function,based on the complex hierarchical entropy clustering algorithm,42 core drug combinations were obtained,and further clustering resulted in 21 potential new party combinations.Conclusions:1.The treatment of early DKD is mainly related to liver,kidney and spleen.2.According to the prescription,the early pathogenesis of DKD is mostly based on deficiency of Qi and Yin,with blood stasis and damp obstruction as the standard,and a few are associated with inflammation caused by deficiency.3.The commonly used herbs for the treatment of DKD are:Astragalus,Wild Yam,Salvia Miltiorrhiza,Dogwood,Poria,Radix Rehmanniae,Alisma,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Cooked Rehmannia,Angelica Sinensis.The representative prescription is Liuwei Dihuang Wan.4.Clinical medications are more focused on warm nature and sweet flavor,less heat and cold nature,and medication is gentle.5.The new prescriptions with more clinical significance are:① Yellow Hollyhock Flower,Rhubarb,Ginseng,Centella Asiatica,Turmeric;②White Peony,Angelica,Mulberry,Chuanxiong,Red Peony,Safflower;③Yellow Peony,Cork,Ginseng,Zhimu,Gardenia,Hu Huanglian;④Peach Kernel,Red Sedge,Safflower,Rhodiola,Niaobusu;⑤Codonopsis,Licorice,Atractylodes Chinensis,Chaihu;⑥Alisma,Peony Skin,Ground Dragon,Cooked Dihuang,Wild Yam,Dogwood,Poria.
