| Objective:Observe Sanren Tang and Shengjiang San in elderly patients with diabetic gastroparesis hot and humid embodiment certificate of clinical curative effect.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of damp-heat internal syndrome of elderly diabetic gastroparesis,Choose between January 2022 and January 2023 in yunnan university of the third affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine geriatrics department were hot and humid in 72 cases of senile diabetes gastroparesis syndrome patients as the subjects.72 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group 36 cases(Sanren Tang and Shengjiang San)and 36 cases in the control group(Domperidone tablets).Combined with basic treatment,the treatment course was 4 weeks.The TCM syndrome,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FMN and gastric emptying rate were observed before and after treatment,and the changes of the two groups were compared by statistical analysis.Results:1.Two sets of a total of 72 subjects were included in the clinical study,6 cases treatment group from falling out,actually included in 30 cases.Control loss in 4 cases,the actual in 32 cases The total dropout rate was 13.89%.A total of 62 cases completed the clinical study and statistical analysis was performed.2.Comparison of clinical syndrome effect: in this clinical study,after treatment,the both groups of patients could effectively improve the situation of TCM syndrome,the comparison between the two groups: The result is better than that of control group,treatment group with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Comparison of blood glucose efficacy: in this clinical study,after treatment,the two groups of patients could effectively reduce FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FMN,the comparison between the two groups: The result is better than that of control group,treatment group with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Comparison of gastric emptying rate: in this clinical study,the gastric emptying rate of the two groups could be effectively increased after treatment,and the comparison between the two groups: The result is better than that of control group,treatment group with statistical significance(P<0.01).5.Comprehensive curative effect comparison: treatment group total effectiveness83.33%,control group total effective rate was 68.75%.Compared the total curative effect of the two groups,the curative effect of the comprehensive treatment group was better than that of the control group,with statistical significance.(P<0.05).6.In this clinical study,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:According to the pathogenesis characteristics of spleen and stomach weakness and dampness and heat accumulation in patients with diabetic gastroparesis,Sanren decoction and Shengjiang powder can be used to invigorate spleen and stomach,clear heat,remove dampness and promote qi,which can significantly improve the TCM syndrome of patients,and reduce blood glucose and improve gastric emptying rate.There are no obvious adverse reactions after taking medicine,and it is safe and reliable.It is worthy of further study,observation and application. |
