Clinical Observation On The Addition And Subtraction Of Sanren Decoction On Chronic Kidney Disease With 3-4 Stages Of Damp-heat Intrinsic And Occlusion

Objective: This study was designed to observe the progress of Chinese herbal medicine jiajian Sanren Tang and to improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal insufficiency(CKD3-4)and to investigate its effect on renal function,micro Inflammation of the state,with a view to traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic kidney disease to explore a more effective method for its experimental research and clinical application to provide a theoretical basis and reliable research data.Methods: Sixty patients were divided into control group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).On the general treatment,control group to reduce blood pressure,hypoglycemic,correcting acid-base,such as symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with jiajian Sanren Tang on the basis of control group.The two groups were 8 weeks for a course of treatment.The changes of symptoms,signs,clinical biochemical indexes,Hb and serum hs-CRP were observed before and after treatment.Result:Compared with the control group,there was significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).hs-CRP 、 IL-6was significantly different between the two groups(P <0.01).There was no significant difference in the microinflammatory state(hs-CRP、IL-6)between the control group and the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05);Hb,malnutrition(ALB)were significantly different(P<0.05);control group before and after the combination of improved renal anemia(Hb),nutrition(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the treatment group and the control group in improving renal function(Scr),the group before and after the control were significantly different(P<0.05),after treatment between the two groups were significantly different(P <0.05).Conclusion: The jiajian Sanren Tang can improve the clinical symptoms and delay the progression of the patients through the clearing of dampness and heat,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.The mechanism may be related to the improvement of microinflammatory state,to correct the complications,worthy of further study and clinical promotion.
