| Objective:On the basis of conventional treatment,the effect of the treatment of(SchatzkerⅣ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ)type preoperative swelling and pain of tibial plateau fracture,and whether it can reduce the preoperative waiting time can be observed,which can provide reference and new ideas for swelling after clinical fracture.Methods:The study subjects were patients who were admitted to the orthopedics ward of Yunnan TCM Hospital and the Orthopaedic Ward of Kunming Yan’an Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022,and 61 patients were selected to meet the inclusion criteria.According to the time of admission,30 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the treatment group.Two groups of patients admitted on the day of limb elevation,brake,ice,guide patients with ankle flexion and extension and quadriceps long contraction function activity,intravenous infusion of mannitol swelling(3 consecutive days after injury),low molecular heparin sodium anticoagulation,basic treatment,treatment group on the basis of basic treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in oral,and detailed records in the two groups of patients in hospital day,3 days after injury,5 days after injury,swelling value,VAS score,waiting for surgery time,swelling grade and other related data,and then statistical analysis,and the corresponding clinical effect.Result : 1.The basic data on age,sex,healthy limb circumference diameter,fracture classification,and the distribution of affected limbs were analyzed,and there was no statistical difference(P> 0.05),which was comparable;2.Comparison on VAS scores: the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05),comparable;3 days,5 days and 7days after injury(P <0.05);3.Comparison of swelling values: there was no statistical difference between the control and treatment groups(P> 0.05);swelling values were lower than the control group 3 days,5 days and 7 days after injury;statistical analysis was 3 days,5 days and 7 days after injury(P <0.05);4.Comparison of swelling grade: different(P>0.05),comparable;but statistically significant 3 days after injury(P <0.05),5 days after injury(P <0.05),and 7 days after injury(P <0.05);5.Compare the efficacy of swelling rate:In the treatment group,the excellent rate was 16.1% in 3 days after injury(3 cases,2 cases,19 cases,7 cases),and the excellent rate of 5 days after injury was 25.8%(5 cases,3 good cases,19 cases,4 cases),The excellent rate of 7 days after injury was 87.09%(8 excellent cases,19 good cases,2 good cases,2 cases),In the control group,6.67% of excellent cases(excellent 0,2,14,14 worse),excellent rate 13.3%(excellent 1,3 good,15,11 worse),and66.67% after 7 days(excellent 2,18,5 and 5 worse);Statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group at 3 days,5 days and 7 days after injury(P <0.05),However,the excellent rate of the treatment group was obviously due to the control group;6.The treatment group and the control group were compared on the preoperative wa iting time: Statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the treatment group had less preoperative waiting time than the control group.Conclusion:Wuling Tongmai powder and conventional basis in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture(Schatzker Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ)type preoperative swelling,pain have good curative effect,but Wuling Tongmai powder in the overall treatment effect is better than the effect of conventional treatment,treatment group in addition to reduce fracture swelling,pain,also can shorten the waiting time for surgery,can also for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of fracture preoperative swelling pain provide some treatment ideas and reference。... |
