Clinical Observation Of Zishen Tiaochong Prescription Combined With Diane-35 In The Treatment Of PCOS With Kidney Yin Deficiency

ObjectiveIn this study,the polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome during child-bearing period were taken as the research objects,The clinical efficacy of Zishen Tiaochong Prescription combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of PCOS with kidney yin deficiency syndrome during child-bearing period was observed,and the advantages of Zishen Tiaochong Prescription in the treatment of PCOS were explored,so as to provide a new scheme for effectively improving the clinical symptoms of PCOS.Methods72 PCOS patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome during child-bearing period were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.On the basis of diane-35 treatment in both groups,the treatment group was treated with Zishen Tiaochong Prescription,and the control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Pill.After medication for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,the efficacy and safety of Zishen Tiaochong Prescription combined with Diane-35 group in the treatment of PCOS with kidney yin deficiency syndrome during child-bearing period were evaluated,and the efficacy of Zishen Tiaochong Prescription was clearly clarified by observing TCM symptome score,hirsutism score,acne score,BMI,hormone level(T,LH,FSH,LH/FSH value)and average follicle number of bilateral ovaries before and after treatment.Results1.The clinical comprehensive effective rate and TCM syndrome effective rate was in the treatment group and the control group were(88.24% > 78.79%)and(88.24% > 84.85%)respectively,and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).2.Intra-group comparison: BMI,hirsutism score,acne score,single TCM symptom score,total score of TCM syndromes,hormone level(LH,LH/FSH,T value),average number of follicles in both ovaries(P < 0.05)could be improved in both groups,though,FSH in the control group do not be improved,indicating that both groups are effective in the treatment of PCOS with kidney yin deficiency syndrome.3.Inter-group comparison: The total score of TCM syndromes,hirsutism score,acne score,LH,LH/FSH,T value decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P <0.05,);there was no significant difference in improving menstrual cycle,fatigue,dizziness and tinnitus between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the treatment group was more effective in improving other TCM symptoms(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference in improving BMI,FSH and average follicle number between the two groups(P > 0.05);ConclusionZishen Tiaochong Prescription combined with Diane-35 has a good clinical effect on PCOS patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome during child-bearing period,which is superior to the control group in improving TCM symptoms.By comparison between the two groups,it is found that Zishen Tiaochong Prescription has significant effects on improving hirsutism,acne,hormone level and TCM symptoms of PCOS patients with kidney yin deficiency syndrome.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
