Clinical Observation Of Zhuang Medicine Acupuncture Combined With Diane-35 In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Zhuang medicine acupuncture on the basis of Western medicine Diane-35 treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,to provide more choices and references for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,and to clinically regulate polycystic ovary syndrome The method and basis for providing patients with sex hormone levels and improving clinical symptoms.At the same time,the application of Zhuang medicine acupuncture in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome was initially promoted.Methods: Randomly dividing sixty patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who met the inclusion criteria into the treatment group and the control group by 30 patients.The control group was treated with the western drug Diane-35 orally and conventional anti-androgen therapy.The treatment group received acupuncture treatment with Zhuang medicine on the basis of oral administration of western medicine Diane-35,and the prescription of acupoint selection was as follows: According to the principle of "points and corners",select the right inner three rods(DNSg,right side),the left inner upper pile(DNsz,left side),one side outer three piles(DWSz,one side),the other side Three lateral piles(DCXSz)(crossed with the outer three piles),the back of the ring,6 and 7 points(DZBh1-6,7,both sides).In the non-menstrual period,the application of the "Zhuang medicine S ring needling method" was carried out.First,the right side of the needle was inserted with three internal rods(DNSg,right side),and the straight needle was inserted with 1.5-2.2 inches.Then needle the left side inner superior pile(DNsz,left side),and directly Pierce it for 1-1.5 inches;Next,the lower three piles(DCXSz)on the other side of the needle(on the opposite side of the DWSz,cross the DWSz and use)were stabbed for 1-1.5 inches.Finally,the left and right dorsal foot ring 6 and 7 points(DZBh1-6,7)were given acupuncture for 30 minutes,and the treatment was 3 times a week,with a course of 3 months.Both groups were treated for one course of treatment and were followed up for the third month after discontinuation of treatment.Observe the relevant sex hormone levels,menstrual cycle score,acne score,hairy score and BMI,B-ultrasound ovarian volume before and after treatment.Observe the changes of clinical symptoms such as menstrual cycle score,acne score and hairy score at follow-up.The data were processed by statistical methods for comparison and analysis.Results:1.After treatment,serum sex hormones T,LH,LH/FSH in both groups were decreased(P<0.01),and the effect of reducing T,LH,LH/FSH in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of FSH in the treatment group was increased(P<0.05),while that in the control group was not significantly changed(P > 0.05).2.After treatment,the menstrual cycle score and acne score were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in menstrual cycle score and acne score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the drug was discontinued for 3 months.The menstrual cycle scores were compared between groups.The menstrual cycle score and acne score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment and follow-up comparison before treatment there was no significant change in the hairy scores of the two groups(P>0.05).4.After treatment,the BMI of the treatment group decreased(P<0.05),and the BMI of the control group did not change significantly(P>0.05).5.After treatment,the ovarian volume of B-ultrasound decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in the ovarian volume of the B-ultrasound in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion: Through this clinical observation,we can see that: 1.The use of Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with Diane-35 and the simple use of Diane-35 can regulate the serum T,LH,LH/FSH of patients,and in Diane-35 On the basis of the joint Zhuang medicine acupuncture treatment can more significantly regulate the above hormone levels.2,The use of Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with Diane-35 can raise the serum FSH of patients,the use of Diane-35 alone has no significant effect on the serum FSH of patients.3,Zhuang medicine acupuncture can maintain and enhance the role of Diane-35 to adjust the menstrual cycle to reduce the clinical symptoms of hemorrhoids.4,Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with Diane-35 can reduce the symptoms of some patients with hairy,however,for the treatment of 3 menstrual cycles,the improvement of hairy symptoms is not obvious for most patients.5,The use of acupuncture combined with Diane-35 can reduce the patient’s BMI,reduce the ovarian volume,and the use of Diane-35 alone has no significant effect on the BMI and ovarian volume of the patient.Zhuang medicine acupuncture combined with Diane-35 treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome,clinical efficacy in regulating sex hormone levels and relieving clinical symptoms is worthy of clinical application.
