Effect And Mechanism Of Fugui Shutiao Shengxue Prescription On Bone Marrow Suppression After AL Chemotherapy

Objective:The objective of this research is to assess the effectiveness and securety of Fugui Shutiaoshengxue in treating myelosuppression after chemotherapy for acute conditions.leukemia,to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for acute leukemia,to analyze the mechanism of Fugui Shutiao Sheng xue prescription to promote the recovery of bone marrow hematopoietic function,and to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for myelosuppression after chemotherapy for acute leukemia.Methods: This research concentrates on acute leukemia patients with liver depression,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,utilizing methods.Randomly assigning 60 patients who meet the criteria,treatment group 30 and control group 30 are formed.The treatment group was given conventional treatment+Fu GUI Shutiao Shengxue granules orally after chemotherapy,Chinese medicine for 7 days as a course of treatment,with 3 courses of treatment for 1 days as the observation period.Control group: conventional treatment only.Observing the alterations in WBC,N,Hb and PLT on days 0,7,14 and 1 of the two groups,the degree of bone marrow suppression was evaluated,and the changes in peripheral blood serum G-CSF and the levels of immune cells CD3+ and CD4+ before and after treatment were monitored.The two groups’ clinical efficacy and quality of life were assessed by the main TCM symptom score and Casserole score,while the transfused component blood(suspended red blood cells and platelets)and cytotropic drugs(recombinant human granulocyte stimulating factor and interleukin-11)were documented during the treatment cycle.Biochemical coagulation indices(ALT,AST,BUN,APTT,PT,FIB)of the two groups were both seen before and after treatment.changes in various vital-signs were assessed for safety,and adverse reactions wre recorded.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSSAU software.Results: 1.Blood routine: on day 0 of treatment,there was no significant difference i n WBC,N,PLT and Hb between the two groups(P>0.05).On the 7th day of treatment,W BC,N,PLT and Hb in both groups were significantly lower than on the first day.On day 14 and day 21,WBC N,PLT and Hb in both groups increased and the increases were more sig nificant in the treatment group(P<0.05).2.Immune cells CD3+ and CD4+: CD3+ and CD4+ increased more significantly in the treatment group,with significant statistical diff-eren ce(P<0.01).3.Changes of G-CSF in peripheral blood: the level of G-CSF in the tre-atme nt group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),showing a statis tical difference.4.Transfusion frequency: The number of suspended red blood cells and a pheresis platelets transfused in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Use of cytophilic drugs: The u se of cytophilic drugs(granulocyte stimulating factor,interleukin11)in the two grou-ps was compared,and the use ofcytophilic drugs in the treatment group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference.6.TCM syndrome score: The treatment group could significantly improve TCM syndrome,and the score was better than the contro l group(P<0.05).7.KPS score: The treatment group’s quality of life was significantly enhan ced,with a KPS score of less than 0.05.8.Safety indicators: All the safety indicators before and after treatment were within the controllable range in both groups(P>0.05),and no ser ious adverse reactions were reported.Conclusions: 1.The syndrome type of liver depression,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency is one of the basic syndromes of bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy in a cute leukemia.Fuguishu Tiaoshengxue can promote the recovery of bone marrow hemat-op oietic function after chemotherapy.The mechanism of action may be that this formula can improve the level of positive regulatory factor G-CSF and immune cells CD3CD4" in the bone marrow hematopoietic microenvironment,increase the secretion of positive regu-lati on of hematopoietic growth factor and enhance immune-ty,thus achieving the cell generati ng effect.2.The application of Fugui Shutiaoshengxue formula can significantly reduce the infusion of suspended red blood cells and mechanical platelets in the myelosuppressiv-e pe riod after chemotherapy in acute leukemia,and reduce the use of cytotropic drugs(rec-omb inant human granulocyte stimulating factor,interleukin-11):3.Fugui Shutiaoshengxue pres cription can improve the immuneity of patients with AL chemotherapy,improve the clinic al efficacy,improve the quality of life,play a significant role in enhancing efficacy and re ducing toxicity,and is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
