Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Leukopenia Of Liver Stasis And Blood Deficiency Type After Chemotherapy With Modified Shutiao Shengxue Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of modified Shutiao Shengxue Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia due to liver stasis and blood deficiency after chemotherapy,and to provide new treatment ideas and plan for the clinical treatment of leukopenia due to chemotherapy.Method:Seventy-two patients with leukopenia due to liver-depression and blood deficiency who met the inclusion criteria of this trial were divided into 36 patients in the treatment group(who were given oral treatment with sparing and regulating blood)and 36 patients in the control group(who were given oral treatment with Astragalus Bengalensis Capsules)according to the random number table method.The patients in both groups were observed for 21 days,and the changes of blood routine(WBC,NEUT),KPS score,TCM evidence score(liver-depression and blood-deficiency type)and safety indexes were recorded and analyzed before and after the treatment,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of liver-depression and blood-deficiency type of leukopenia after chemotherapy with Gao Wei Shu Hui Sheng Blood Tang.Result:1.Comparison of white blood cell count and neutrophil count: at the end of the treatment course,WBC and NEUT were higher in both groups than before treatment(P<0.05),but the treatment group was superior(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group(90.63%)was better than that of the control group(80%)(P<0.05).2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores and efficacy: At the end of the treatment course,the TCM evidence scores in both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but the decrease was greater in the treatment group(P<0.05).In terms of each symptom score,the treatment group had superior efficacy in improving symptoms such as fatigue,dizziness,depression,sighing frequently,irritability,food less anorexia,shortness of breath and lazy speech,and insomnia(P<0.05),and was comparable to the control group in improving TCM symptoms such as palpitation and less colorful face(P>0.05).The treatment group also had superior efficacy in the treatment of TCM symptoms(P<0.05).3.Comparison of KPS scores and efficacy: At the end of treatment,the KPS scores of patients in both groups were improved(P<0.05),but the treatment group was more significant in improving KPS scores(P<0.05),and the treatment group had a better improvement rate in improving KPS scores(P<0.05).4.Comparison of safety indexes: In this study,the vital signs of the two groups were stable,no adverse reactions were seen,and there were no significant changes in liver and kidney function and other indicators before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Shutiao Shengxue Decoction and Qijiao Shengbai Capsule can both treat leukopenia due to liver stasis and blood deficiency after chemotherapy,effectively improve the count of white blood cells and neutrophils,but modified Shutiao Shengxue Decoction has better therapeutic effect.2.Modified Shutiao Shengxue Decoction has the function of soothing the liver and relieving depression,replenishing qi and nourishing blood.It can more effectively improve the TCM symptoms of liver stasis and blood deficiency leukopenia after chemotherapy,and better improve the quality of life of patients.3.Modified Shutiao Shengxue Decoction has good safety and tolerability,and is worthy of promotion and application.
