Clinical Study Of Buqi Shengxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Anemia Associated With Tumor Chemotherapy(Qi And Blood Deficiency Type)

Objective:Tumor-related anemia is one of the multiple complications of tumors,and chemotherapy may increase the incidence and severity of anemia and affect the overall treatment effect of patients.The existing methods for the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-associated anemia are not perfect and have not been paid much attention by clinicians.This study aims to verify the effectiveness of buqi shengxue decoction through clinical observation and analysis of clinical efficacy.Methods:A total of 72 patients with chemotherapy-related anemia(deficiency of qi and blood)were diagnosed by the department of tumor hematology,affiliated hospital of changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,and the department of integrated traditional and western medicine,jilin cancer hospital between November 2018 and December 2019.After enrollment,patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to a 1:1 ratio according to the randomized grouping method.Before treatment,the general data and efficacy index data of the two groups of patients were analyzed,and observation was carried out continuously for 4 weeks.Card score and TCM symptoms were evaluated once before and after treatment.Blood routine examination was performed on day 1,14 and 28,and hemoglobin values were recorded.The occurrence of adverse events in the two groups was recorded at any time.The data changes after treatment were compared and analyzed to evaluate the efficacy of buqi shengxue decoction in the treatment of tumor chemotherapy-related anemia.Results:(1)The efficacy of buqi shengxue decoction combined with erythropoietin(EPO)was better than that of the EPO group in the improvement of TCM symptoms(p<0.05).(2)The efficacy of buqi shengxue decoction combined with erythropoietin(EPO)was better than that of the EPO group in the improvement of karlman score(p<0.05).(3)The effect of EPO group and EPO group on the change of hemoglobin value wassimilar(p>0.05).(4)There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse event between EPO group and EPO group(p> 0.05).Conclusion: Buqi shengxue decoction can effectively improve the TCM syndromes and quality of life of anemia patients associated with tumor chemotherapy(qi and blood deficiency type),without serious adverse reactions,and has good safety,but no significant improvement effect on anemia.
