| Research Background and Purpose:Since the 20th century, countries around the world have gradually stepped into an aging society. The total number of people aged 65 and above in China exceeded 7%in2001,indicating that our country has formally entered the aging social system.According to the results of China’s latest seventh census in 2020,the country has a total population of 1.44 billion,of which people aged 65 and above account for 13.50%.The physical function of the elderly decreases with the increase of age,so their health problems deserve more attention. The previous studies on the health problems of the elderly are mainly concentrated in the central and eastern regions, while there are few studies in the western regions.Chengdu,as one of the key cities in the west, people aged 65 and above account for 13.62%of the total population, and have entered a moderately aging society, which is more worthy of study.By analyzing the results of community health examination of the elderly in Chengdu, this thesis understands the overall health status of the elderly, the differences of health problems among different genders, different age groups and different body mass index, and the influencing factors of the disease.for the elderly health guidance, health management, disease prevention and other aspects to provide a certain scientific basis.Materials and Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study.Random cluster sampling was used to collect physical examination data of≥65 years old in Chengdu Community Health Service Center(Jianshe lu Community Health Service Center,Shahe yuan Community Health Service Center,Wenjia Community Health Service Center,Xinxing Health Center)from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020.Main contents:basic information, history of living habits, past disease history, laboratory examination, auxiliary examination and so on.Use Excel software to input raw data and SPSS 26.0 software for statistical analysis of the data, statistical methods:descriptive analysis,t-test,χ~2test,Logistic regression analysis, etc.,to analyze the health status, illness and disease influencing factors of the elderly in Chengdu.Results:1.In this study, the detection rates of abnormal indexes of health problems in the elderly were as follows:hypertension, overweight, prehypertension, fatty liver, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, liver cyst, elevated urea nitrogen, obesity, abnormal liver function, hypertriglyceridemia, impaired fasting blood glucose, gallstone, thrombocytopenia, leukopenia, hypercholesterolemia, creatinine elevation, anemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, low high density lipoprotein cholesterol.2.In different genders, the detection rates of obesity, leukopenia, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, cholecystolithiasis and metabolic syndrome in females were higher than those in males.Thrombocytopenia, abnormal liver function, elevated creatinine, elevated blood urea nitrogen, low high density lipoprotein cholesterol and liver cyst were significantly higher in males than in females(P<0.05).3.In different age groups, the detection rates of overweight, obesity, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, abnormal liver function, hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, and fatty liver decreased with the increase of age.the detection rate of hypertension, impaired fasting blood glucose, diabetes, anemia, liver cyst and gallstone increased with age,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In different genders of the same age group, the detection rates of obesity, hypercholesterolemia, mixed hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, and metabolic syndrome in females were higher than those in males, and the detection rates of renal dysfunction(creatinine and urea nitrogen)in males were higher than those in females. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The detection rate of hypertension, prehypertension, impaired fasting blood glucose, diabetes, abnormal liver function, hypertriglyceridemia, fatty liver, cholecystolithiasis and metabolic syndrome increased with the increase of body weight, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.The comorbidities of chronic diseases are hypertension+hyperlipidemia, hypertension+hyperglycemia+hyperlipidemia, hypertension+hyperglycemia, hyperglycemia+hyperlipidemia. The prevalence rate of comorbidity of chronic diseases was significantly different among different genders, ages, and body mass index(P<0.05).The prevalence rate of comorbidities in females was higher than that in males, and that in≥75 years old group was the highest. The prevalence rate of comorbidities in obesity group was the highest.7.In this study, multivariate analysis of chronic diseases showed that past disease history, drinking history, overweight or obesity and dyslipidemia were common influencing factors. Conclusion:The health status of the elderly in Chengdu is not optimistic, mainly hypertension/prehypertension,diabetes,overweight,metabolic syndrome, and fatty liver, among which the health problems are different among different genders, different age groups and different body mass index.although the risk factors of hypertension, diabetes and metabolic syndrome are different, past disease history, drinking history, overweight or obesity and dyslipidemia are the common influencing factors. The prevalence rate of"hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia"is high. Therefore, individualized health management should be carried out for the elderly to improve their health level. |
