The Clinical Research On The Effect Of The Therapy Of Warming Yang And Reducing Excess Water To The Vertigo With The Syndrome Of Yang Deficiency And Water Upwelling Caused By The Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:We apply the Zhenwu decoction to treat the patients with vertigo with the syndrome of Yang deficiency and water upwelling caused by the sympathetic cervical spondylosis,verify the clinical effect of the therapy of warming Yang and reducing excess water to vertigo through the research,summarize its action mechanism so as to creat new thinking and methods for the therapy of vertigo by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Take the principle of completely randomized grouping,select 60 patients conformed to the disease of vertigo with the syndrome of Yang deficiency and water upwelling caused by the sympathetic cervical spondylosis, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases),the treatment group were given Zhenwu decoction decocted in water, day one dose; control group was given western medicine-Betahistine mesylate&Oryzanol, two groups of patients were treated with two courses of treatment(4 weeks).Results:The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0% and control group was 70.0%,the statistical result showed that the effect of treatment group is better than the control group(P=0.001<0.01); at the same time, the overall effect of the treatment group on cervical spondylosis,sympatheic nerve function,vertigo and TCM syndrome were better than the control group.Conclusion:The therapy of warming Yang and reducing excess water is effective to treat vertigo with the syndrome of Yang deficiency and water upwelling caused by the sympathetic cervical spondylosis,it can reduce the seizure frequency and level of thedisease and improve the quality of life and body.
