| Objective:Analysis of ulcerative colitis in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease in patients with risk factors, the monitoring of UC patients and to encourage a healthy lifestyle to prevent NAFLD.Methods:Retrospectively collected from January 1,2017-2022 on July 31,see a doctor in the second affiliated hospital of xinjiang medical university and for the first time in the hospital for diagnosis.General clinical data, laboratory data, imaging examination and endoscopic examination data were collected, and divided into UC only group according to whether there had NAFLD:145 cases, and UC group:67 cases. All study data collected from these 212 patients are described. The quantitative data with normal distribution is expressed in x±s,the measurement data with biased distribution is expressed in M(P25,P75),and the count data is expressed in%.Univariate logistic regression was used to compare the variability of the data between the two groups, and then multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of NAFLD in UC patients.Results:(1)Among the 212 UC patients,124(58.50%)were male and 88(41.40%)were female, and the male sex ratio was 1:1.41;The overall range of age was 18-83 years,Patients aged 18-49,49-59 and 60 were 103(48.60%),52(24.50%)and 57(26.90%);There were 93(43.90%)in the BMI normal group, followed by 77(36.30%)in the overweight group,27(12.70%)in the obese group, and at least 15(7.10%)in the lean group; The 212 UC patients had 67 NAFLD,representing 31.60%of the 212 UC patients.(2)Patients with NAFLD in UC showed significant differences in BMI,HDL-C,TG,hyperlipidemia,MS,hypertension compared with patients without the UC group(P<0.05)(3)After multivariate logistic regression with NAFLD in UC as the dependent variable,we found that BMI(P=0.044)and combined hyperlipidemia(P=0.019 OR=2.217)showed significant differences between NAFLD and UC only. Conclusion:All BMI,hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome,HDL-C,and TG affect the development of NAFLD in UC patients,And BMI,combined hyperlipidemia were NAFLD-independent risk factors in UC patients.Patients in UC patients(especially overweight patients)and patients with hyperlipidemia should pay attention to the early screening of NAFLD and conduct early intervention to prevent the further progression of NAFLD. |
