| Objective:The observation is guided by the meridian diagnosis method, and the clinical efficacy of peripheral facial paralysis with periauricular pain is discussed separately, and a more effective method is found for the clinical treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with periauricular pain.METHODS:Sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis who met the inclusion criteria and met the inclusion criteria in the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table. There were 30 patients in the experimental and 30 patients in the control groups. The experimental group was treated with meridian examination and meridian theory, and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated once daily,6 times a week, for 3 weeks. Before and after treatment, the patients were evaluated according to H-B facial nerve functional classification,VAS score scale and facial disability index(FDI)scale.Results:1.H-B facial nerve functional classification: After treatment,H-B grade in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),H-B grade in the experimental group(P < 0.001)was significantly improved compared with the control group, and the number of patients with low grade(grade I,II)was significantly more than that in the control group.2.VAS score scale: After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P< 0.001),and the VAS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P< 0.05).3.FDI scale: After treatment, the FDIP scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.001),and the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05);after treatment, the FDIS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.001),and the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).4.Efficacy: The overall response rate was 96.67% in the experimental group and 86.67% in the control group. There was significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P< 0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Meridian diagnosis and sub-treatment and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the facial nerve function of patients with peripheral facial paralysis with periauricular pain and relieve the peri-ear pain of patients with facial paralysis, and the improvement effect and pain relief effect of meridian diagnosis and sub-diagnosis are more obvious, which is better than conventional acupuncture.2.Meridian diagnosis and sub-treatment is an effective method for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with periauricular pain, and the clinical efficacy is better than that of conventional acupuncture. |
