Clinical Observation Of Auricular Point Sticking Combined With Metformin In The Treatment Of Abnormal Lipid Metabolism Of Adolescent Obese PCOS

Objective:By observing the clinical therapeutic effect of auricular point sticking combined with metformin in the treatment of adolescent obese patients with abnormal lipid metabolism of PCOS,the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of this method are evaluated,providing reference for clinical application.Methods:In this study,80 patients treated in the gynecological outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to January 2023 were included,which were consistent with abnormal lipid metabolism of adolescent obese PCOS,and TCM syndrome differentiation was stomach heat-dampness type.By random number table method,40 cases were divided into the treatment group(auricular point pressing combined with metformin)and 40 cases were divided into the control group(metformin tablets),all of which were treated continuously for 3 months as a course of treatment.During the treatment,both groups received self-healthy lifestyle management,reasonable diet,regular rest and rest,regulate mood,exercise and control body weight.The changes of TCM syndrome,BMI,WHR,serum gonadal hormone,lipid metabolism related indexes(TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C),acne,acanthosis nigricans,hairy score and other related indexes before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results:1.Comprehensive efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.05%,and that of the control group was 71.05%.The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.18%,and that of the control group was 73.68%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.BMI value and WHR value: The BMI and WHR values of the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).The comparison of BMI and WHR between groups showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).4.Gonadal hormone levels: LH,T and LH/FSH in both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in FSH between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment of LH,T and LH/FSH,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after FSH treatment(P>0.05).5.Lipid metabolism level: TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C before and after treatment were improved in the two groups(P<0.05).After TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).6.Basal body temperature BBT: Before and after treatment,both groups improved after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).7.Ovarian volume under ultrasound: There was no statistical significance between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).8.Acne,acanthosis nigricans,hairy score: The two groups of acne and acanthosis nigricans before and after treatment were improved(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the two hairy groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After acne treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between the two groups in acanthosis nigricans and hirsute after treatment(P>0.05).9.Single score of TCM syndrome and total score of TCM syndrome:both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05)compared before and after treatment.After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of auricular point sticking combined with metformin in the treatment of abnormal lipid metabolism of adolescent obese PCOS has significant curative effect,which can effectively improve the related symptoms of stomach heat-dampness syndrome,regulate menstruation,effectively reduce body weight,improve dyslipidemia,regulate gonadal hormone levels,and also has a positive effect on the improvement of acne and BBT.Its overall efficacy is better than that of metformin alone,and it is safe and effective,which has certain reference value for clinical practice.
